The present invention relates to an apparatus to measure an edge distance for a bridge safety inspection, which is able to precisely measure an edge distance of a bridge seat apparatus, According to the present invention, the apparatus to measure the edge distance for the bridge safety inspection comprises: a magnet holder (30) adsorbed to an upper side of the bridge (21); a vertical guide pipe (31) installed on the magnet holder (30); an upper elevation clamp (40) which has an upper vertical incision hole (41) and a dove tail groove (42); an upper elevation stopping bolt (43) which fixates the upper elevation clamp (40) on the vertical guide pipe (31); a tremor clamp (50) which has a dove tail bump (51) combined with the dove tail groove (42) and has an upper horizontal incision hole (52); a fine adjustment instrument (60) which elevates the tremor clamp (50); an upper rotary rod (53) inserted into the upper horizontal incision hole (52); an upper rotation stopping bolt (54) which stops the upper rotary rod (53); an upper laser holder (70) which has an upper reference surface (71); an upper laser distance measuring unit (72) which detects an upper measurement distance (L1); a lower elevation clamp (80) which has a lower vertical incision hole (81); a lower elevation stopping bolt (82) which fixates the lower elevation clamp (80) on the vertical guide pipe (31); a lower horizontal incision hole (83) formed on the lower elevation clamp (80); a lower rotary rod (84) inserted into the lower horizontal incision hole (83); a lower rotation stopping bolt (85) which stops the rotation of the lower rotary rod (84); a lower laser holder (90) which has a lower reference surface (91); and a lower laser distance measuring unit (92) which detects a lower measurement distance (L2, L3).
