Edge Distance Measuring Device for Bridge Safety Inspection
The present invention relates to an edge distance measuring device for a bridge safety diagnosis, which comprises: a holder fixing plate (30) having a predetermined thickness; a shaft (31) which is formed at the holder fixing plate (30); a male screw unit (32) which is formed at the shaft (31); a left side height adjustment arm (40) and a right side height adjustment arm (50) which cross with each other in an inverted V shape; a horizontal bar (60) which is supported with the upper surface (21) of a bridge lower structure (20), and is installed at the left side height adjustment arm (40) and the right side height adjustment arm (50); a front i-ring (41) which is formed at the upper end of the left side height adjustment arm (40); a rear i-ring (51) which is formed at the upper end of the right side height adjustment arm (50); a ring spacer (70) which is rotated along with the rear i-ring (51); a plunger screw hole (71) which is formed at the ring spacer (70); a plunger bolt (74) which is installed at the plunger screw hole (71); a steel ball (73) which receives elastic force in a protruding direction toward the front i-ring (41) by a spring (72) built in the plunger bolt (74); a stopping groove (41g) which determines the location of the steel ball (73); a pressure adjustment nut (80) which is coupled to the male screw unit (32); a spring storage chamber (81) which is formed at the pressure adjustment nut (80); a friction spring (82) which resists between the rear i-ring (51) and the pressure adjustment nut (80); and a laser holder (90) which holds the laser distance measuring device (22). Therefore, the edge distance of a bridge may be conveniently and precisely measured.
본 발명은 교량 안전진단용 연단거리 측정장치에 관한 것으로, 일정한 두께를 갖는 홀더고정판(30); 홀더고정판(30)에 형성되는 샤프트(31); 샤프트(31)에 형성되는 수나사부(32); 역(逆) V자 모양으로 엇갈리게 만나는 좌측높이조절암(40)과 우측높이조절암(50); 교량 하부구조물(20)의 상면(21)에 지지되고, 좌측높이조절암(40)과 우측높이조절암(50)에 설치되는 수평바(60); 좌측높이조절암(40)의 상단에 형성되는 전방아이링(41); 우측높이조절암(50)의 상단에 형성되는 후방아이링(51); 후방아이링(51)과 함께 회전되는 링스페이서(70); 링스페이서(70)에 형성되는 플런저 나사구멍(71); 플런저 나사구멍(71)에 설치되는 플런저볼트(74); 플런저볼트(74)에 내장된 스프링(72)에 의해 전방아이링(41)을 향한 돌출방향으로 탄성력을 받는 강구(73); 강구(73)의 위치를 결정하는 정지홈(41g); 수나사부(32)에 결합되는 압력조절너트(80); 압력조절너트(80)에 형성되는 스프링 수납실(81); 후방아이링(51)과 압력조절너트(80) 사이에서 반발하는 마찰스프링(82); 레이저 거리측정기(22)를 잡는 레이저홀더(90)를 포함한다.

Therefore, the edge distance of a bridge may be conveniently and precisely measured.
