PREFABRICATED PANEL FOR CONSTRUCTION
The present invention relates to a prefabricated panel for construction which can improve assembly performance. The prefabricated panel for construction comprises: a prefabricated panel having an insulator filled therein; a first coupling clip which is formed on an upper portion of one side of the prefabricated panel, and couples an upper portion of a different side of a different prefabricated panel; a second coupling clip formed on an upper portion of a different side of the prefabricated panel, and coupled by the first coupling clip formed on an upper portion of one side of the different prefabricated panel by the first coupling clip; a third coupling clip protruding outwards from a lower portion of a different side of the prefabricated panel, and having a screw bolt vertically coupled thereto to be fixed on structural aggregate of a building; a storage groove which is formed on a lower portion of one side of the prefabricated panel, and stores the third coupling clip of a lower portion of a different side of the different prefabricated panel; a sliding clip arranged between the prefabricated panel and the different prefabricated panel to allow an upper portion thereof to couple the second coupling clip, wherein a lower portion thereof is fixed on the structural aggregate of the building with the third coupling clip by the screw bolt; and an elastic support unit installed between an upper wing of the second coupling clip and the prefabricated panel facing the upper wing to support the upper wing by an elastic force.
본 발명은 조립 성능을 향상시킬 수 있도록 구현한 건축용 조립식 판넬에 관한 것으로, 내부에 단열재가 충진된 조립식 판넬; 상기 조립식 판넬의 일측 상부에 형성되며, 다른 조립식 판넬의 다른 일측 상부를 체결하는 제1 체결 클립; 상기 조립식 판넬의 다른 일측 상부에 형성되며, 다른 조립식 판넬의 일측 상부에 형성되는 제1 체결 클립에 의해 체결되는 제2 체결 클립; 상기 조립식 판넬의 다른 일측 하부에서 외측 방향으로 돌출되며, 상하 방향으로 스크류 볼트가 체결되어 건축물의 구조용 골재에 고정되는 제3 체결 클립; 상기 조립식 판넬의 일측 하부에 형성되며, 다른 조립식 판넬의 다른 일측 하부의 제3 체결 클립을 수납하는 수납홈; 상기 조립식 판넬과 다른 조립식 판넬 사이에 배치되어 상부가 상기 제2 체결 클립을 체결하고, 하부가 상기 제3 체결 클립과 함께 스크류 볼트에 의해 건축물의 구조용 골재에 고정되는 슬라이딩 클립 및 상기 제2 체결 클립의 상부 날개와 상기 상부 날개와 대향하는 상기 조립식 판넬 사이에 설치되어 탄성력에 의해 상기 상부 날개를 지지하는 탄성 지지부를 포함한다.

The present invention relates to a prefabricated panel for construction which can improve assembly performance. The prefabricated panel for construction comprises: a prefabricated panel having an insulator filled therein; a first coupling clip which is formed on an upper portion of one side of the prefabricated panel, and couples an upper portion of a different side of a different prefabricated panel; a second coupling clip formed on an upper portion of a different side of the prefabricated panel, and coupled by the first coupling clip formed on an upper portion of one side of the different prefabricated panel by the first coupling clip; a third coupling clip protruding outwards from a lower portion of a different side of the prefabricated panel, and having a screw bolt vertically coupled thereto to be fixed on structural aggregate of a building; a storage groove which is formed on a lower portion of one side of the prefabricated panel, and stores the third coupling clip of a lower portion of a different side of the different prefabricated panel; a sliding clip arranged between the prefabricated panel and the different prefabricated panel to allow an upper portion thereof to couple the second coupling clip, wherein a lower portion thereof is fixed on the structural aggregate of the building with the third coupling clip by the screw bolt; and an elastic support unit installed between an upper wing of the second coupling clip and the prefabricated panel facing the upper wing to support the upper wing by an elastic force.
