Prefabricated Panel Assembly for Construction
According to the present invention, a prefabricated panel assembly for construction comprises: a panel unit having a preset area; and a first circumference unit extended from both side units of the panel unit toward a rear side. The first circumference unit includes: detachable panels having a plurality of fastening holes; and a plurality of fixing frames installed in a horizontal direction of a wall apart from each other at preset intervals, and respectively fixing the first circumference unit of the pair of detachable panels near each other. The fixing frames include: a support unit having a plurality of fastening bumps respectively inserted into and fastened with the fastening holes of the pair of detachable panels near each other; and a pair of wall fixing units respectively extended to the both sides of the support unit and fixed on the wall. Therefore, construction cost and period can be reduced.
본 발명에 따른 건축용 조립식 패널 어셈블리는, 기 설정된 면적을 가지는 패널부와, 상기 패널부의 양측부로부터 후방으로 연장되는 제1둘레부를 포함하며, 상기 제1둘레부에는 복수 개의 체결홀이 형성된 탈착형 패널 및 서로 기 설정된 간격을 가지도록 벽체의 좌우 방향을 따라 이격 설치되며, 서로 인접한 한 쌍의 상기 탈착형 패널의 상기 제1둘레부를 각각 고정시키는 복수 개의 고정프레임을 포함하며, 상기 고정프레임은, 서로 인접한 한 쌍의 상기 탈착형 패널의 상기 체결홀에 각각 삽입 체결되는 복수 개의 체결돌기가 형성된 지지부와, 상기 지지부의 양측으로 각각 연장되어 벽체에 고정되는 한 쌍의 벽체고정부를 포함한다.

According to the present invention, a prefabricated panel assembly for construction comprises: a panel unit having a preset area; and a first circumference unit extended from both side units of the panel unit toward a rear side. The first circumference unit includes: detachable panels having a plurality of fastening holes; and a plurality of fixing frames installed in a horizontal direction of a wall apart from each other at preset intervals, and respectively fixing the first circumference unit of the pair of detachable panels near each other. The fixing frames include: a support unit having a plurality of fastening bumps respectively inserted into and fastened with the fastening holes of the pair of detachable panels near each other; and a pair of wall fixing units respectively extended to the both sides of the support unit and fixed on the wall. Therefore, construction cost and period can be reduced.
본 발명에 따른 건축용 조립식 패널 어셈블리는, 기 설정된 면적을 가지는 패널부와, 상기 패널부의 양측부로부터 후방으로 연장되는 제1둘레부를 포함하며, 상기 제1둘레부에는 복수 개의 체결홀이 형성된 탈착형 패널 및 서로 기 설정된 간격을 가지도록 벽체의 좌우 방향을 따라 이격 설치되며, 서로 인접한 한 쌍의 상기 탈착형 패널의 상기 제1둘레부를 각각 고정시키는 복수 개의 고정프레임을 포함하며, 상기 고정프레임은, 서로 인접한 한 쌍의 상기 탈착형 패널의 상기 체결홀에 각각 삽입 체결되는 복수 개의 체결돌기가 형성된 지지부와, 상기 지지부의 양측으로 각각 연장되어 벽체에 고정되는 한 쌍의 벽체고정부를 포함한다.
