METHOD FOR PRODUCING FIREPROOF REFRACTORY TILE USING ECO-FRIENDLY SOLVENT-FREE EPOXY INTUMESCENT FIREPROOF PAINTAND FIREPROOF REFRACTORY TILE PRODUCED BY THE SAME
The present invention relates to a production method of a fireproof tile, which comprises the steps of: (a) separating a main agent and a curing agent and heating the same at the set temperature; (b) mixing the main agent and the curing agent to produce a fireproof paint; (c) supplying the fireproof paint to a mold; (d) quick-curing the fireproof paint to produce the fireproof tile; and (e) separating the fireproof tile from the mold.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 내화타일 제조방법은, (a) 주제 및 경화제가 분리되어 설정 온도로 가열되는 단계; (b) 주제 및 경화제가 혼합되어 내화도료로 생성되는 단계; (c) 내화도료가 주형에 공급되는 단계; (d) 내화도료가 경화 촉진되고 내화타일로 생성되는 단계; 및 (e) 내화타일이 주형으로부터 분리되는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
