The present invention automatically senses moisture of the household entrance for the apartment to automatically adjust non-skidding ground area of the rubber foothold, thereby preventing accidents caused by slipping.

본 발명은 세대현관 전방에 고정설치되는 직사각형상의 판체로, 정면에는 후방측으로 사면연장되고 다수개의 습도감지센서가 장착되는 센서부가 형성되고, 좌우측단에는 직상부로 일정높이 수직연장되는 좌우측지지판이 각각 형성되며, 후방측에는 중심부에 전원부를 갖는 제어기가 장착되고 좌우측단에는 제어기의 전원을 공급받아 작동되는 좌우측피니언기어를 갖는 좌우측작동모터를 갖으며 좌우측작동모터의 좌우측피니언기어가 위치된 부위를 제외한 후방선단부를 감싸보호하는 제어부보호판이 형성되고, 제어부보호판의 좌우측단 공간부를 상부에서 막아 보호하는 좌우측마감판이 형성되는 바닥패널몸체; 상기 바닥패널몸체의 내부에 안착되는 평면이 "┗┛"자 형상으로 전방프레임과 전방프레임 좌우측단에서 각각 수직연장된 좌우측단프레임으로 이루어진 금속재질의 프레임으로, 전방프레임 후방에는 고무발판의 선단만이 고정결합되는 전방측논슬립부가 형성되고, 전방측논슬립부 후방측에는 일정간격을 두고 전방에 지지프레임이 좌우측단프레임에 고정설치되고 지지프레임 후방에 고무발판의 선단만이 고정결합된 내부측논슬립부가 다수개 형성되며, 좌우측단프레임 후방선단부 내측면에는 상기 좌우측작동모터의 좌우측피니언기어가 각각 상면에서 기어결합되는 좌우측랙기어부가 각각 형성되는 논슬립작동틀; 및 상기 논슬립작동틀이 내부에 안착된 상태의 바닥패널몸체 상면에 안착되는 마감틀로, 긴 판체인 좌우측지지프레임이 기립되게 수평형성되고, 좌우측지지프레임 사이에는 전방측으로는 낮고 후방측으로 높게 경사진 경사발판이 상기 논슬립작동틀의 고무발판의 후방선단과 동일한 간격으로 다수개가 고정형성되되 경사발판 사이에는 고무발판작동장홀이 형성되는 디딤틀을 구비하는 공동주택용 세대현관의 안전바닥패널에 관한 것이다.이러한 본 발명은 공동주택용 세대 현관의 습도를 자동감지하여 미끄럽지 않게 하는 고무발판의 접지면적으로 자동으로 조절할 수 있어 미끄럼에 의한 안전사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있고 신발에 묻은 이물질에 의한 실내 오염을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
