The present invention relates to a wider channel type dust separator which comprises: each side frame preventing deformation of a wide rake installed on a wide channel by one driving means, and at the same time, minimizing a load on the driving means for rake transfer; a support frame; a main screen; a dislocation screen, each endless chain; and each rake arranged alternately at different positions, not at the same position, in each endless chain. The driving means has a driving shaft rotated by one driving source. The driving shaft has at least a portion that is connected by a flange coupling method. Therefore, construction and installation are simple and economical, and one dust separator is installed to provide high contaminant removing efficiency that is provided from two or more dust separators.
본 발명은 하나의 구동수단에 의해 광폭 수로에 설치되는 넓은 폭의 레이크의 변형을 방지함과 동시에 레이크 이송을 위한 구동수단에 최소한의 부하가 발생하도록 각각의 측프레임; 지지 프레임; 메인 스크린; 전위 스크린; 각각의 엔드리스 체인; 각 엔드리스 체인에 동일위치가 아닌 서로 다른 위치의 교호(交互)로 배치되는 각각의 레이크; 및 구동수단은 하나의 구동원에 의해 회전되는 구동축을 포함하되, 상기 구동축은 적어도 한 부분 이상이 플랜지 결합방식에 의해 연결되는 것을 포함하는 광폭 수로형 제진기를 제공한다. 그에 따라 시공과 설치가 간단하여 경제적이면서 하나의 제진기 설치로 인한 2개 이상 설치되는 제진기와 같은 높은 협잡물 제거 효율성을 가지는 효과를 가진다.
