The present invention relates to a dust remover which is used for removing dust materials such as dust, impurities, and various pollutants introduced into a water stream by being installed on an introduction waterway such as a sewage facility and water pump facility and various types of open channels. In accordance with the present invention, a screen (26) is inclined and installed on a front side of a support plate (20), and a rotary boom stick (30) is installed on the support plate (20) to be rotatable. The rotary boom stick (30) is placed in front of the screen (26). On one side of the support plate (20), a winding drum (22) driven by a winding motor (21) is installed. On an upper surface of an elevation cart (31) engaged with the rotary boom stick (30), an end unit of a wire rope (23) wound on the winding drum (22) is engaged. The elevation cart (31) is elevated/lowered by the driving of the winding motor (21) and a rake installed on the elevation cart (31) collects dust materials filtered by the screen (26). The present invention is capable of installing the screen to come in close contact with a floor surface of the introduction waterway or the open channels, collecting the dust materials filtered by the screen by a rake elevated/lowered when needed on the rotary boom stick, which rotates and drives as needed by the driving of a driving cylinder by being separately installed in front of the screen, and preventing the dust materials from passing through a space between the screen and the floor surface of the introduction waterway or open channels, thereby improving the water treatment efficiency.
본 발명은 하수처리시설 또는 배수펌프시설 등의 유입수로 및 다양한 형태의 개수로에 설치하여 수류에 혼재되어 유입되는 먼지 및 협잡물, 각종 오염물질 등과 같은 진개물을 제거하기 위한 용도로 이용되는 제진기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 지지플레이트(20) 전측에 스크린(26)을 경사지게 설치하며, 상기 지지플레이트(20)에 회동붐대(30)를 회전가능하게 설치하여, 회동붐대(30)가 스크린(26)의 전측에 위치되게 하고, 상기 지지플레이트(20) 일측에 권취모터(21)에 의해 구동하는 권취드럼(22)을 설치하며, 상기 회동붐대(30)에 결합되는 승강대차(31)의 상면에 상기 권취드럼(22)에 권취된 와이어로프(23)의 단부를 결합하여 권취모터(21)의 구동에 의해 승강대차(31)가 승강하면서 승강대차(31)에 설치된 레이크(32)에 의해 스크린(26)에 걸러진 진개물이 수거되게끔 구성한 것이다. 본 발명은 스크린이 유입수로 또는 개수로의 바닥면에 밀착되도록 설치하고 스크린의 전측에 별도 설치되어 구동실린더의 구동에 의해 필요에 따라 회전구동하도록 한 회동붐대 상에서 필요 시점에 승강하도록 한 레이크에 의해 스크린에 걸려진 진개물의 수거가 이루어지도록 한 것으로, 스크린과 유입수로 또는 개수로의 바닥면 사이의 공간으로 진개물이 통과하는 것을 방지함으로써 수처리효율을 향상할 수 있는 등의 효과가 있다.
