JOINT DEVICE FOR SIDE WALL OF CONCRETE PANEL AND CONCRETE STRUCTURE AND CONCRETE PANEL CONSTRUCTING METHOD HAVING THE SAME
The present invention relates to an apparatus for binding a side surface of a concrete panel installed on a curved soil cutting ground, which engages and binds side surfaces of a first panel and a second panel with each other. According to the present invention, the apparatus for binding a side surface of the concrete panel comprises: a first buried member (110) with a hollow part, which is buried in the first panel (P1) and has a screw thread formed on an inner circumferential surface; a first pin (120) mounted on the first buried member with a screw thread formed on an outer circumferential surface, which corresponds to the screw thread of the first buried member, having a first fastening hole (126) formed on one end; a second buried member (130) with a hollow part, which is buried in the second panel by being distanced from the first buried member downwards for a certain interval, and which has a screw thread formed on an inner circumferential surface; a second pin (140) mounted on the second buried member by a screw thread formed on an outer circumferential surface, which corresponds to the screw thread of the second buried member, having a second fastening hole (146) formed on one end; and a fastening stick (150) mounted on the first fastening hole (126) and the second fastening hole (146). Accordingly, the present invention is able to bind side surfaces of panels to place a plurality of concrete panels along with a shape of a curved unit of soil cutting ground in a transverse direction in a curved shape, and to overcome problems occurring due to a broadening interval between panels near the curved unit.
본 발명은 곡선형 절토지에 설치되는 콘크리트 패널 측면 결속장치에 관한 것으로, 콘크리트 제1패널과 제2패널의 측면을 서로 결합하는 결속하는 장치로서, 상기 제1패널(P1)에 매립되며, 내주면에 나사산이 형성되는 중공형상의 제1매립부재(110); 상기 제1매립부재의 나사산에 대응되는 나사산이 외주면에 형성되어 상기 제1매립부재에 장착되고, 일단에는 제1체결공(126)이 형성되는 제1핀(120); 상기 제1매립부재에서 아래쪽으로 일정 간격 이격되어 상기 제2패널에 매립되며, 내주면에 나사산이 형성되는 중공형상의 제2매립부재(130); 상기 제2매립부재의 나사산에 대응되는 나사산이 외주면에 형성되어 상기 제2매립부재에 장착되고, 일단에는 제2체결공(146)이 형성되는 제2핀(140); 및 상기 제1체결공(126)과 제2체결공(146)에 장착되는 체결막대(150);를 포함하고, 이를 통해, 콘크리트 패널을 절토지 곡선부의 형상을 따라 복수 개의 패널을 횡방향으로 곡선형상으로 배치하도록 패널 측면을 결속할 수 있어서 곡선부 인접 패널간격이 벌어짐으로 인해 발생하는 문제를 극복한 효과가 발생한다.

Accordingly, the present invention is able to bind side surfaces of panels to place a plurality of concrete panels along with a shape of a curved unit of soil cutting ground in a transverse direction in a curved shape, and to overcome problems occurring due to a broadening interval between panels near the curved unit.
