CONCRETE PANEL STRUCTURE WITH PANEL CONNECTING MEMBER AND METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a concrete panel structure with a panel connection member and a construction method thereof. According to the present invention, the concrete panel structure with the panel connection member comprises: a binding member (110) formed to protrude from a rear surface of a concrete panel having a fastening hole; the panel connection member (200) distanced from the concrete panel and installed on an inclined surface; a bearing plate (210) placed on an upper surface of the panel connection member; a nail (300) which penetrates the panel connection member and the bearing plate, whose one end is engaged with a nut (220); a first rod (120) engaged with the binding member (110); and a second rod (230) whose one end is engaged with the panel connection member and whose other end is engaged with the first rod. The panel connection member includes: a central unit (201) in contact with the inclined surface; and side surface units (202) vertically formed on both sides of the central unit. One end of the second rod is fastened with the side surface units. The present invention aims to provide a construction technique to fixate a concrete panel with a separate connection member without using a nail as a means for fixating the concrete panel.
본 발명은, 콘크리트 패널의 후면에 돌출형성되고, 체결공을 가진 결속부재(110); 상기 콘크리트 패널과 이격되어 경사면에 설치되는형상의 패널연결재(200); 상기 패널연결재의 상면에 구비되는 지압판(210); 상기 패널연결재와 지압판을 관통하고 일단에 너트(220)가 결합되는 네일(300); 상기 결속부재(110)에 결합되는 제1로드(120); 일단은 상기 패널연결재에 결합되고, 타단은 상기 제1로드에 결합되는 제2로드(230);를 포함하고, 상기 패널연결재는 상기 경사면에 접하는 중앙부(201)와 상기 중앙부의 양측에서 수직하게 형성되는 측면부(202)로 이루어지고, 상기 제2로드의 일단은 상기 측면부에 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트패널 구조체를 제공한다.
