Multi-function safety manhole cover
According to the present invention, a rectangular manhole shaft seated on an opening part to discharge or supply equipment to a sewage pipe buried underneath a structure such as a sidewalk or a street or allow a person to enter comprises: a cover frame of a box shape seated on the opening part, wherein the inside thereof is opened; a cover which opens and closes the opening part, and is seated on the cover frame; a hinge pin moving device having a rotation function, a locking function, and a separation function to open the cover; an inspection part coupled to the cover frame for mounting various devices to open and move the cover without assistance of heavy equipment and the center of the cover by a bolt to be attached and detached to inspect the sewage pipe; and a safety net seated in the cover frame to prevent an accident of falling through the opening part when the cover is opened. The cover can be safely opened and closed on the cover frame. If the heavy cover is opened and closed, damage from a physical impact can be prevented. Foreign substances are prevented from entering through a gap between the cover and the cover frame. The detachable inspection part is installed on the center of the cover to easily inspect the sewage pipe without opening the cover. The hinge pin moving device is arranged on one side in the cover to conveniently open the cover without a hinge. A fall accident is prevented when the cover is opened to allow safe use.
본 발명은 인도나 차도 등의 구조물 하측에 매설되는 하수관로로 장비를 유출입하거나 사람이 출입하기 위한 개구부에 안착되는 장방형의 맨홀로에 있어서, 상기 개구부에 안착되어 내측이 개방된 박스형상의 덮개프레임과; 상기 개구부를 개폐하며, 상기 덮개프레임에 안착되는 덮개와; 상기 덮개가 개방되도록 회전개방 및 잠금기능 및 분리그능을 가지는 힌지핀이동장치와; 덮개를 중장비의 도움없이도 개방 가능하고 이동도 가능하게 여러장치물을 장착할 수 있는 덮개프레임과, 상기 덮개의 중앙부에 볼트로 체결되어 상기 하수관로를 점검하도록 착탈되는 점검구와; 상기 덮개프레임에 내부에 안착되어 상기 덮개의 개방시 개구부로 추락하는 사고를 방지하는 안전망으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하여,덮개프레임에 덮개를 안전하게 개폐시킬 수 있고, 중량물의 덮개를 개폐할 경우 물리적인 충격으로부터 손상되는 것을 미연에 방지할 수 있고, 이물질이 덮개와 덮개프레임 틈새로 유입되는 것을 미연에 방지하고, 덮개의 중앙부에 착탈되는 점검구를 설치하여 하수관로를 덮개의 개방 없이도 매우 용이하게 점검할 수 있으며, 덮개의 내부 일측에 힌지핀이동장치를 구비하여 경첩없이도 덮개를 편리하게 개방할 수 있으며, 덮개의 개방시 추락사고를 미연에 방지하여 안전하게 사용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
