Installation method of anti-slip deck clip
The present invention relates to an installation method for a non-slip deck clip and, more specifically, to an installation method for a non-slip deck clip, capable of partial replacement in repair work and suppressing distortion of a deck by rapidly connecting a natural wood deck or a synthetic wood deck and the deck using a clip. According to the present invention, the installation method for a non-slip deck clip relates to a deck extrusion step of forming a coupling groove on both sides by mixing and drying pellets and extruding the deck by melting extrusion; a deck clip extrusion step of having a coupling protrusion on both sides of a clip body; a deck supply step of preparing to install the deck clip and the deck by leveling the bottom, installing a column and a concrete block using a zinc square pipe, and installing a yoke and a joist; a deck clip fixing step of connecting the coupling protrusion of the deck clip to the coupling groove of the deck; and a synthetic wood deck and deck clip fixing step of repeatedly performing the deck supply step and the deck clip fixing step.
본 발명은 미끄럼 방지용 데크 클립의 설치공법에 관한 것으로 더욱 상세하게는 천연목제 데크 또는 합성목재 데크와 데크를 클립을 이용하여 빠르게 연결할 수 있도록 하며, 수리시 부분 교환이 가능하고 데크의 뒤틀림을 억제하며 데크 사이의 간격이 거의 발생하지 않고 미끄럼에 의한 상해를 입지 않는 동시에 다양한 기능성 연출이 가능하도록 하는 미끄럼 방지용 데크 클립의 설치공법에 관한 것이다.이러한 본 발명은 재활용 목재 및 폐목재, 원목 부산물을 분쇄기에서 분쇄하여 목섬유(wood fiber)를 건조기에 공급하여 건조된 목섬유, 열가소성 수지, 안료, 활제, 자외선방지제, 윤활충진제, 결합 보강제로 이루어진 기타 첨가물을 공급 교반하여 제조한 펠릿을 배합 건조하고 용융 압출로 데크를 압출하여 양쪽으로 체결홈이 형성되도록 하는 데크 압출단계; 클립 몸체의 양쪽으로 체결돌기를 갖는 테크 클립 압출단계; 바닥을 고르고 아연각관을 이용한 기둥과 콘크리트 블럭을 설치하고 멍에와 장선을 설치하여 데크와 데크 클립을 설치한 준비를 하는 데크 공급단계; 데크의 체결홈에 데크 클립의 체결돌기가 결합되도록 하는 데크 클립 고정단계; 데크 공급단계와 데크 클립 고정단계를 반복해서 수행하는 합성목재 데크와 데크 클립 고정단계;를 포함하는 설치공법에 있어서,상기 데크 압출단계는, 몸체의 외측 전체면을 따라서 코팅부재가 코팅되고 상측에는 나무 모양의 요철형 로울러에 의해 요철 무늬가 형성되며 하측에는 요철형의 로울러에 의해 가공 요철이 형성되는 데크로 이루어지는 것을 포함하고,데크 클립 압출단계는, 중앙에 사각형의 중공이 형성되고 상기 중공의 양쪽으로 형성되는 측부중공의 하측에 개방부가 형성되며 상기 개방부의 외측 선단에 강성을 유지하는 절곡돌기가 형성되고, 체결돌기의 선단에 삼각형 체결부재가 더 돌출되어 체결홈에 결합하는 데크 클립으로 이루어지며,상기 데크 공급단계를 수행한 후 체결홈에 체결부재와 체결돌기가 결합되도록 하고, 중공의 고정구멍에서 고정 스크류로 장선에 고정되도록 하며 설치구멍에 고무마개로 막아 고정하는 데크 클립 고정단계; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
