The present invention relates to a connecting device of a modular building, which comprises: an edge portion coupled to an end portion of at least one modular unit; and a connection unit arranged to be adjacent to at least one edge portion to maintain connecting relations therebetween, and connecting a plurality of edge portions. Therefore, in-site connection between modular units can be quickly performed, and resistance ability with respect to shear deformation can be improved.
