The present invention provides a soft damper device capable of preventing a door from reacting against a main body and bouncing off the main body when the door is strongly closed or when the door is large or heavy. According to the present invention, the soft damper device includes: a cylinder tube (30); a button (40); a main spring (50) applying elasticity to the button (40); a piston including a piston head (61), a long shaft (62), a short shaft (63), and multiple first and second head flow path holes (64, 65); a sealing cap (70) preventing oil stored in the cylinder tube (30) from leaking toward the button (40); a washer (80) inserted into the short shaft (63); and a check valve ring (90).
본 발명은 소프트 댐퍼장치에 관한 것으로서, 고정하우징의 가이드공(11)에 이격되게 끼어지는 것으로서, 커버(20) 측의 내주면에 형성된 걸침단턱(31) 및 걸침단턱(31) 보다 작은 내직경의 실린더(32)를 포함하고, 댐핑용 오일이 충진되는 실린더튜브(30)와; 커버관통공(21)을 통하여 돌출되거나 몰입되는 것으로서, 후방측에 가이드공(11)과 실린더튜브(30) 사이에서 이동하면서 커버관통공(21)의 주변에 걸리어져 이탈이 방지되는 버튼(40)과; 가이드공(11)과 실린더튜브(30) 사이에 내장되어 버튼(40)이 커버(20)에서 돌출되는 방향으로 그 버튼(40)에 탄성력을 인가하는 메인스프링(50)과; 실린더(32)의 내주면에 밀착되는 피스톤헤드(61), 피스톤헤드(61)의 일측으로 연장되어 버튼(40)의 내측단에 밀착되는 롱샤프트(62), 피스톤헤드(61)의 타측으로 연장되는 쇼트샤프트(63), 피스톤헤드(61)를 관통하게 형성되는 다수의 제1,2헤드유로홀(64)(65)을 포함하는 피스톤(60)과; 롱샤프트(62)가 관통되면서 실린더튜브(30)의 걸침단턱(31)에 결합된 것으로서, 실린더튜브(30)에 저장된 오일이 버튼(40) 측으로 누유되지 않도록 하는 실링캡(70)과; 쇼트샤프트(63)에 끼어지는 와셔(80)와; 피스톤헤드(61)와 와셔(80) 사이에서 움직이는 방향에 따라 상기 제1,2헤드유로홀(64)(65)을 통하여 오일을 상대적으로 소량 또는 대량으로 통과시키는 체크밸브링(90);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
