Divided soft steel damper
The invention discloses a divided soft steel damper, which comprises an upper connecting plate, a lower connecting plate and a soft steel damping element. The soft steel damping element is mounted between the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate and comprises soft steel damping sheets, connecting screw rods, fixing bolts and dividing plates, the multiple dividing plates are fixedto the surfaces of the upper connecting plate/the lower connecting plate, the upper ends and the lower ends of the soft steel damping sheets are correspondingly embedded and fixed into grooves formedby the adjacent dividing plates on the surfaces of the upper connecting plate/the lower connecting plate, and the soft steel damping sheets are fixed to the dividing plates through the connecting screw rods and the fixing bolts. The soft steel damping sheets of the divided soft steel damper are divided by the divided plates and connected into a whole through the connecting screw rods and the boltsin a pre-tightened mode, the problems of residual stress, welding defects, thermal deformation and the like in the welding process of the steel damping sheets are avoided, and the fatigue life of thesoft steel damper is prolonged; and meanwhile, the divided assembling structure adopts modular design, standardized production of parts is facilitated, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
