TRAFFIC LANE PAINTING DEVICE WITH TWO LIQUID TYPE
The present invention relates to a two liquid-type room temperature setting-type traffic lane painting apparatus which is able to be mounted on a vehicle or the like, to mix a main agent with a hardening agent, to paint a traffic lane on a road surface. According to the present invention, the two liquid-type room temperature setting-type traffic lane painting apparatus comprises: a main agent storage tank; and a hardening agent storage tank. The present invention is able to mix the main agent with the hardening agent in a mixer by multiple steps, to evenly mix the main agent with the hardening agent, to moving an elevating operation plate up and down, to selectively block an inlet and an outlet of the main agent and the hardening agent, to allow a user to paint even at a room temperature without heating even when a two liquid-type paint spraying work of a painting work is stopped for a certain period of time or longer or is waiting, and to solve the existing problem that a part of the two liquid-type paint remains inside a spray nozzle to be stuck. In addition, the present invention is able to have the mixer by multiple steps, to mix the main agent and the hardening agent, which are discharged through a main agent discharge slit and a hardening agent discharge slit in the mixer by multiple steps, to immediately paint the road surface by using the mixed two liquid-type paint, to more evenly mix the two liquid-type paint, to keep a certain viscosity of the two liquid-type paint, to improve a painting quality, to control a thickness of the paint film on the traffic lane, to change the paint film of the traffic lane into shapes such as a bump or a wave, to have a sufficient thickness of the paint film on the traffic lane, to have a low escape rate of glass beads, to improve visibility of the driver while driving in rain or at night, and to realize a safer driving.
본 발명은 차량 등에 장착되어 주제와 경화제를 혼합하여서 도로면 상에 차선을 도색하는 이액형 상온 경화형 차선 도색장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 주제 저장탱크와 경화제 저장탱크로 나누어 구성하며, 혼합기에서 주제와 경화제를 다단(多段)으로 혼합하여 주제와 경화제를 고르게 혼합하며 승강 작동판을 상하로 이동하면서 주제와 경화제의 토출입구를 선택적으로 차단하도록 구성함으로써, 도색작업 중 이액형 도료 분사 작업이 일정시간 이상 중단되거나 대기중이더라도 가열 없이도 상온(常溫)에서도 도색작업을 할 수 있음은 물론 종전과 같이 분사노즐 내부에 이액형 도료 일부가 잔류하여 굳어버리는 문제점을 해소할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명은 다단의 혼합기를 구비하여서 주제 토출 슬릿과 경화제 토출 슬릿을 통해서 토출되는 주제와 경화제를 혼합기에서 다단(多段)으로 혼합(mixing)한 후, 혼합한 이액형 도료를 도로면 상에 곧바로 도색함으로써, 이액형 도료를 더욱 균일하게 혼합할 수 있으며, 이액형 도료의 점성을 일정하게 유지하여 도색 품질을 높일 수 있으며, 차선 도막의 두께 조절은 물론 차선 도막을 요철이나 물결모양 등으로 다양하게 변경할 수 있으며, 차선 도막의 두께가 충분하여 글라스 비드의 이탈률이 낮아서 우천 또는 야간 운전시, 운전자의 시인성을 높여서 더욱 안전한 차량운행을 실현할 수 있다.
