TRAFFIC LANE PAINTING DEVICE WITH TWO LIQUID TYPE FOR VEHICLE
A two-component lane painting apparatus for a vehicle is disclosed. The two-component lane painting device for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a supply unit mounted on a vehicle, which heats a main agent and a curing agent for lane painting using a heated heating medium and supplies the main agent and the curing agent in a state where the heating temperature is maintained; a spraying unit mounted on a vehicle, receiving the heated main agent and curing agent from the supply unit, and spraying a lane paint mixed with the heated main agent and curing agent onto the road; and a pressure maintaining unit mounted on the vehicle, provided between the supply unit and the spraying unit, receiving the main agent and the curing agent from the supply unit, and constantly maintaining the supply pressure of the main agent and the curing agent supplied to the spraying unit.
차량용 이액형 차선 도색장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 차량용 이액형 차선 도색장치는 차량에 탑재되되, 가열된 열매체를 이용하여 차선 도색용 주제와 경화제를 가열하고 주제와 경화제의 가열온도가 유지된 상태로 공급하는 공급유닛; 차량에 탑재되되, 공급유닛으로부터 가열된 주제와 경화제를 공급받으며, 가열된 주제 및 경화제를 혼합한 차선도색제를 도로에 분사하는 분사유닛; 및 차량에 탑재되되, 공급유닛과 분사유닛 사이에 마련되어 공급유닛에서 주제와 경화제를 공급받으며, 분사유닛으로 공급되는 주제와 경화제의 공급압력을 일정하게 유지시키는 압력 유지유닛을 포함한다.
