The present invention relates to a core system using a variable PC module integrated with a column and a wall, and more specifically, relates to a core system using a variable PC module integrated with a column and a wall, wherein a PC wall block is formed so as to integrally constitute a column having a wall and a step on both sides of a wall body, and enables construction by laminating without joining the column, the wall, and the like. According to one preferred embodiment of the present invention, the variable PC module integrated with a column and a wall has: a wall; and a column which is integrated with the wall on both sides of the wall and having one side or both sides formed to be shorter than the height of the wall so as to have a different height from the wall.
본 발명은 기둥과 벽이 일체화된 가변형 PC모듈을 이용한 코어시스템에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 벽체의 양측에 벽체와 단차를 갖는 기둥이 일체로 구성되도록 PC벽체블럭을 형성하여, 기둥과 벽체 등의 접합처리를 하지않고 적층하여 시공이 가능하도록 하는 기둥과 벽이 일체화된 가변형 PC모듈을 이용한 코어시스템에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 기둥과 벽이 일체화된 가변형 PC모듈의 바람직한 일 실시예는 벽체와; 벽체의 양측에 벽체와 일체로 형성되며, 일측 또는 양측이 벽체의 높이보다 일정높이 짧게 형성되어 벽체와 단차를 갖도록 형성되는 기둥으로 이루어진다.
