Adaptive rope support system and Roof Working Device
Provided is an adaptive rope support system which is used when a limited rotational movement is generated in the posture of an apparatus hung on a crane and the like to perform work and largely contributes to a lightweight design of a structure. Provided is a roof working apparatus as one embodiment of the adaptive rope support system, which provides a working base required for installation, dismantlement, and repair works of a roofing material on a roof. According to the present invention, the roof working apparatus approaches a roof while being hung on a crane or a high place working vehicle and changes a working frame and a loading plate into a posture suitable for work corresponding to the slope of the roof, such that a base enabling a worker to safely perform the work is provided and the loading plate is provided at a proper position. Moreover, the adaptive rope support system is introduced, thereby realizing a lightweight design of the apparatus. According to the present invention, the adaptive rope support system comprises a rope and a pulley position control means.
본 발명은 크레인 등에 매달아 작업하는 장치 구조물 자세의 제한적 회전운동이 있는 경우에 사용할 수 있으며, 구조물의 경량설계에 크게 기여할 수 있는 적응 로프 지지체계를 제공한다. 또한 상기 적응 로프 지지체계의 실시예로서 지붕에서 지붕재의 설치, 해체 및 보수 작업에 필요한 작업베이스를 제공하는 지붕작업장치를 제공하고자 한다. 크레인이나 고소작업차량에 매달린 형태로 지붕에 접근하며, 지붕의 경사에 대응하여 작업프레임과 적재대를 작업에 적합한 자세로 변형하게 함으로써 작업자가 안전하게 작업할 수 있는 베이스를 제공함과 동시에 적절한 위치에 적재대를 제공하는 지붕 작업 장치에 관한 것으로서 적응 로프 지지체계를 도입하여 장치의 경량설계를 가능하게 한 것이다.
