A SAFETY APPARATUS FOR PILE HAMMERS
The present invention relates to a safety apparatus for a pile hammer, comprising: a pile hammer leader (10) having a top sheave (11) formed on a top; a guide member (13) fixed to both side parts of the leader (10); a hammer (14) connecting a wire (12) wound on a winding drum of the top sheave with a top to vertically move along the guide member (13) in accordance with winding or unwinding the wire; and a means for preventing the hammer from falling, wherein a bracket (40) fixed to the hammer (14) is slid along the guide member (13) such that the hammer (14) vertically moves. According to the present invention, the means for preventing the hammer from falling comprises a locking pin (31) supporting the bottom of the bracket (40) installed in the hammer (14) when stopping operation of the pile hammer to prevent the hammer from falling. Accordingly, the protruding locking pin of the safety apparatus supports the bracket connecting the hammer of the pile hammer installed to the guide member provided to the leader to be able to vertically move when stopping the operation of the pile hammer to prevent the hammer of the pile hammer from falling along the guide member such that the hammer is prevented from falling even if the wire supporting the hammer is broken. Accordingly, an accident against a worker and damage to equipment due to a fall of the hammer are simply prevented, thereby increasing safety of the pile hammer at low costs.
본 발명은 항타기용 안전장치에 관한 것으로, 톱시브(11)가 상단에 제공된 항타기 리더(10), 상기 리더(10)의 양측부에 고정된 가이드부재(13), 상기 톱시브의 권취드럼에 권취된 와이어(12)가 상단에 연결되어 와이어의 권취 또는 풀림에 따라 상기 가이드부재(13)를 따라 상하이동되는 해머(14), 및 상기 해머의 추락을 방지하는 수단를 구비하며, 상기 해머(14)에 고정된 브라켓(40)이 상기 가이드부재(13)에서 슬라이드되어 해머(14)가 상하 이동하도록 된 항타기용 안전장치에 있어서, 상기 해머의 추락을 방지하는 수단은 항타기 작업정지시에 해머(14)에 제공된 브라켓(40)의 하단을 지지하여 해머의 추락을 방지하도록 배치되는 록킹핀(31)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하여 구성됨으로써, 항타기의 작업 정지시에 리더에 제공된 가이드부재에 상하이동가능하게 설치된 항타기의 해머를 연결하는 브라켓을 안전장치의 돌출된 록킹핀이 지지하여 가이드부재에서 항타기 해머가 하강하지 않도록 함으로써 해머를 지지하는 와이어가 파손되더라도 해머의 낙하를 방지할 수 있게 되어 해머의 추락으로 인한 작업자의 안전사고를 간편하게 방지하고 장비의 손상을 방지할 수 있어 저렴한 비용으로 항타기의 안전성을 향상시키는 효과가 있다.
A SAFETY APPARATUS FOR PILE HAMMERS
The present invention relates to a safety apparatus for a pile hammer, comprising: a pile hammer leader (10) having a top sheave (11) formed on a top; a guide member (13) fixed to both side parts of the leader (10); a hammer (14) connecting a wire (12) wound on a winding drum of the top sheave with a top to vertically move along the guide member (13) in accordance with winding or unwinding the wire; and a means for preventing the hammer from falling, wherein a bracket (40) fixed to the hammer (14) is slid along the guide member (13) such that the hammer (14) vertically moves. According to the present invention, the means for preventing the hammer from falling comprises a locking pin (31) supporting the bottom of the bracket (40) installed in the hammer (14) when stopping operation of the pile hammer to prevent the hammer from falling. Accordingly, the protruding locking pin of the safety apparatus supports the bracket connecting the hammer of the pile hammer installed to the guide member provided to the leader to be able to vertically move when stopping the operation of the pile hammer to prevent the hammer of the pile hammer from falling along the guide member such that the hammer is prevented from falling even if the wire supporting the hammer is broken. Accordingly, an accident against a worker and damage to equipment due to a fall of the hammer are simply prevented, thereby increasing safety of the pile hammer at low costs.
본 발명은 항타기용 안전장치에 관한 것으로, 톱시브(11)가 상단에 제공된 항타기 리더(10), 상기 리더(10)의 양측부에 고정된 가이드부재(13), 상기 톱시브의 권취드럼에 권취된 와이어(12)가 상단에 연결되어 와이어의 권취 또는 풀림에 따라 상기 가이드부재(13)를 따라 상하이동되는 해머(14), 및 상기 해머의 추락을 방지하는 수단를 구비하며, 상기 해머(14)에 고정된 브라켓(40)이 상기 가이드부재(13)에서 슬라이드되어 해머(14)가 상하 이동하도록 된 항타기용 안전장치에 있어서, 상기 해머의 추락을 방지하는 수단은 항타기 작업정지시에 해머(14)에 제공된 브라켓(40)의 하단을 지지하여 해머의 추락을 방지하도록 배치되는 록킹핀(31)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하여 구성됨으로써, 항타기의 작업 정지시에 리더에 제공된 가이드부재에 상하이동가능하게 설치된 항타기의 해머를 연결하는 브라켓을 안전장치의 돌출된 록킹핀이 지지하여 가이드부재에서 항타기 해머가 하강하지 않도록 함으로써 해머를 지지하는 와이어가 파손되더라도 해머의 낙하를 방지할 수 있게 되어 해머의 추락으로 인한 작업자의 안전사고를 간편하게 방지하고 장비의 손상을 방지할 수 있어 저렴한 비용으로 항타기의 안전성을 향상시키는 효과가 있다.
