The present invention relates to a locking device for an anchor bolt in a gang form with a notification device and, more specifically, to a locking device for an anchor bolt in a gang form with a notification device, capable of enabling a structure of a safety cover for opening and closing an anchor bolt by a gang form to be smoothly and simply operated and, also, preventing an accident in advance by enabling a peripheral worker to recognize disassembling work using a speaker and a lamp when the safety cover operates by sliding. According to the present invention, the locking device (20) for an anchor bolt includes a safety ring (30) installed to be adjacent to a lifting ring (12) installed in a vertical support (11) of the gang form (10) forming a wall. The anchor bolt (15) fixing the gang form (10) is not exposed to the outside when a hook of a crane is not hung on the lifting ring (12) and the safety ring (30). When the hook of the crane is not hung on the lifting ring (12) and the safety ring (30), the anchor bolt (15) is exposed to the outside.
본 발명은 알림장치를 구비한 갱폼의 앵커볼트 잠금장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 갱폼이 앵커볼트를 개폐하기 위한 안전커버의 구조를 간단하면서도 원활하게 작동되게 구성하고, 더불어 상기 안전커버의 슬라이드 작동 시 스피커 및 램프를 이용해 분해 작업 여부를 주변 작업자가 인지하도록 구성하여 안전사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있도록 발명한 것이다. 본 발명의 구성은, 벽체를 형성하는 갱폼(10)의 수직지지대(11)에 설치된 인양고리(12)와 인접하게 안전고리(30)가 설치되며, 크레인의 후크가 인양고리(12) 및 안전고리(30)에 걸려있지 않은 상태에서는 갱폼(10)을 고정하는 앵커볼트(15)가 외부로 노출되지 않게 하고, 크레인의 후크가 인양고리(12) 및 안전고리(30)에 걸려있는 상태에서는 앵커볼트(15)가 외부로 노출되게 구성하는 앵커볼트 잠금장치(20)에 있어서; 상기 앵커볼트 잠금장치(20)는, 수직지지대(11)의 외측면에 고정된 가이드봉브라켓(13)에 수직가이드봉(31)이 조립되어 승,하강 이동가능하게 조립된 안전고리(30)와; 수직지지대(11)의 외측면에 고정되며, 내부에 수용공간(41)을 갖고 수직지지대(11) 보다 외부방향에서 측면에 봉끼움홀(42)이 형성된 고정케이스(40)와; 상기 고정케이스(40)의 수용공간(41)에 위치하며, 상기 안전고리(30)의 일측 수직가이드봉(31)과 연결되어 승,하강 이동하는 가이드부재(50)와; 상기 가이드부재(50)의 가이드경사면(52)에 슬라이드결합편(63)이 걸려 조립되고, 상기 슬라이드결합편(63)에서 연장된 슬라이드봉(62)이 고정케이스(40)의 봉끼움홀(42)을 관통해 수직지지대(11)의 외면에 위치하는 안전커버(60)에 결합되어, 상기 안전고리(30)의 승강 이동으로 가이드부재(50)가 승강되면서 가이드경사면(52)과 접하는 안전커버(60)의 슬라이드결합편(63)을 수평 이동시켜, 안전커버(60)의 공구삽입홀(61)을 통해 앵커볼트(15)가 노출되게 구성한다. 또, 상기 안전고리(30)의 일측 수직가이드봉(31)에는 가이드봉걸림턱(35)을 돌출 형성하고, 수직지지대(11)의 외면에는 배터리(B)가 내장되고 상기 안전고리(30)의 승강 이동으로 가이드봉걸림턱(35)과 스위치센서(72)의 접촉되는 전기적 신호를 제공받아 램프(73) 및 스피커(74)를 작동시키도록 구성한 알림장치(70)가 더 포함된다.

본 발명은 알림장치를 구비한 갱폼의 앵커볼트 잠금장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 갱폼이 앵커볼트를 개폐하기 위한 안전커버의 구조를 간단하면서도 원활하게 작동되게 구성하고, 더불어 상기 안전커버의 슬라이드 작동 시 스피커 및 램프를 이용해 분해 작업 여부를 주변 작업자가 인지하도록 구성하여 안전사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있도록 발명한 것이다. 본 발명의 구성은, 벽체를 형성하는 갱폼(10)의 수직지지대(11)에 설치된 인양고리(12)와 인접하게 안전고리(30)가 설치되며, 크레인의 후크가 인양고리(12) 및 안전고리(30)에 걸려있지 않은 상태에서는 갱폼(10)을 고정하는 앵커볼트(15)가 외부로 노출되지 않게 하고, 크레인의 후크가 인양고리(12) 및 안전고리(30)에 걸려있는 상태에서는 앵커볼트(15)가 외부로 노출되게 구성하는 앵커볼트 잠금장치(20)에 있어서; 상기 앵커볼트 잠금장치(20)는, 수직지지대(11)의 외측면에 고정된 가이드봉브라켓(13)에 수직가이드봉(31)이 조립되어 승,하강 이동가능하게 조립된 안전고리(30)와; 수직지지대(11)의 외측면에 고정되며, 내부에 수용공간(41)을 갖고 수직지지대(11) 보다 외부방향에서 측면에 봉끼움홀(42)이 형성된 고정케이스(40)와; 상기 고정케이스(40)의 수용공간(41)에 위치하며, 상기 안전고리(30)의 일측 수직가이드봉(31)과 연결되어 승,하강 이동하는 가이드부재(50)와; 상기 가이드부재(50)의 가이드경사면(52)에 슬라이드결합편(63)이 걸려 조립되고, 상기 슬라이드결합편(63)에서 연장된 슬라이드봉(62)이 고정케이스(40)의 봉끼움홀(42)을 관통해 수직지지대(11)의 외면에 위치하는 안전커버(60)에 결합되어, 상기 안전고리(30)의 승강 이동으로 가이드부재(50)가 승강되면서 가이드경사면(52)과 접하는 안전커버(60)의 슬라이드결합편(63)을 수평 이동시켜, 안전커버(60)의 공구삽입홀(61)을 통해 앵커볼트(15)가 노출되게 구성한다. 또, 상기 안전고리(30)의 일측 수직가이드봉(31)에는 가이드봉걸림턱(35)을 돌출 형성하고, 수직지지대(11)의 외면에는 배터리(B)가 내장되고 상기 안전고리(30)의 승강 이동으로 가이드봉걸림턱(35)과 스위치센서(72)의 접촉되는 전기적 신호를 제공받아 램프(73) 및 스피커(74)를 작동시키도록 구성한 알림장치(70)가 더 포함된다.
