According to the present invention, a locking device for a gang form fixing bolt comprises: a pair of a left and a right locking cover installed on a front surface of a fixing bolt of a gang form in a structure of enclosing a removal head of the fixing hold; a rotary shaft bolt coupled through a rotary shaft bolt insertion hole of the pair of the left and the right locking cover to restrict rotation; a double torsion spring which is wound on the rotary shaft bolt, and includes a first and a second elastic protrusion 1 and a first and a second elastic protrusion 2 to apply an elastic force to an upper wing unit of the left and the right locking cover to maintain the left and the right locking cover in a locked state; a flat fixing member fixed on one end of a rear surface of the rotary shaft bolt by a nut or welding and fixed on a vertical member of the gang form by a plurality of direct connection pieces or welding; a pair of symmetric operation knobs to be fixed on an insertion hole of the left and the right locking cover by a bolt and a nut or welding; an operation bolt coupled through an operation bolt insertion hole of the pair of symmetric operation knobs; a pair of connection members which connect and couple the operation bolt and a pulling ring at a right angle, have a cylindrical shape, and are symmetrically installed; a reverse U-shaped pulling ring penetrating a pulling ring insertion hole of the symmetrically installed connection members to be integrally coupled to the operation bolt and the connection members by a force by which the operation bolt is bolt-coupled to nut threads of the connection members to press; and a pair of safety stickers installed on a front cover unit of the left and the right locking cover. The locking device for a gang form fixing bolt can prevent an accident which can occur while using the gang form.

본 발명은 상기 갱폼의 고정볼트 해체두부를 감싸는 구조로 상기 고정볼트 전면부에 설치되는 한 쌍의 좌측 잠금 커버 및 우측 잠금 커버와 상기 한 쌍의 좌측 잠금 커버 및 우측 잠금 커버의 회전축 볼트 삽입홀에 관통결합하여 회동 구속 결합시키는 회전축 볼트 및 상기 회전축 볼트를 외감 하며 상기 좌측 잠금커버 및 우측 잠금 커버의 상부 날개부에 탄성력을 가하여 상기 좌측 잠금 커버 및 우측 잠금 커버를 잠금 상태로 유지시켜주는 제1,제2 탄성돌기부1과 제1,제2 탄성돌기부2를 포함하는 더블토션스프링 및 상기 회전축 볼트의 후면 일단과 너트 또는 용접으로 고정되는 판 형상의 고정부재;는 다수의 직결 피스 또는 용접으로 상기 갱폼의 수직재에 고정되고, 상기 좌측 잠금 커버 및 우측 잠금 커버의 삽입홀에 볼트 및 너트 또는 용접으로 고정 시킬 수 있는 대칭 하는 한 쌍의 작동노브와 상기 대칭 하는 한 쌍의 작동노브의 작동볼트 삽입구에 관통결합하는 작동볼트 및 상기 작동볼트와 당김고리를 직각으로 연결, 결합시키는 원통형으로 이루어진 대칭으로 설치되는 한 쌍의 연결부재 및 상기 대칭으로 설치되는 한 쌍의 연결부재의 당김고리 삽입구에 관통하여 상기 작동볼트가 상기 연결부재의 너트 산에 볼트 결합하여 가압하는 힘으로 상기 작동볼트 및 연결부재와 일체로 결합하는 역 U자 형상의 당김고리 및 상기 좌측 잠금 커버 및 우측 잠금 커버의 전면 커버부에 설치되는 한 쌍의 안전표지판을 포함하는 갱폼 고정볼트 잠금장치를 통해 갱폼을 사용중 발생할 수 있는 안전사고를 방지할 수 있도록 하는 것에 있다.
