Imitation pearl and Manufacturing method thereof
The present invention relates to an artificial pearl for health improvement and a method of manufacturing the same and, more specifically, to an artificial pearl for health improvement formed by forming a core having high compressive strength by spraying-drying and pressing-sintering functional minerals emitting anion and radiating far infrared rays, and coating the surface of the core with artificial pearl compositions which are nontoxic to a human body, and to a method of manufacturing the same. The method of manufacturing an artificial pearl for health improvement comprises: a raw material preprocessing step (S100) of forming a wet grinding liquid by wet grinding functional minerals emitting anion and radiating far infrared rays, and manufacturing powders for pressing and molding by spraying and drying the wet grinding liquid; a pressing molding step (S200) of forming a core by inserting the powders for pressing and molding into a pressing molding apparatus, and sintering the core at a high temperature; a core polishing step (S300) of polishing the core sintered at a high temperature; and a coating step (S400) of coating the polished core with the artificial pearl compositions.
본 발명은 건강 인조진주 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 음이온 및 원적외선을 발산하는 음이온 방출 및 원적외선을 방사하는 기능성 광물을 분무건조 및 가압소성시켜 높은 압축강도를 갖는 코어를 형성하고, 상기 코어의 표면에 인체 무독성의 인조진주조성물을 도포하여 형성되는 건강 인조진주 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 건강 인조진주의 제조방법은 음이온 방출 및 원적외선을 방사하는 기능성 광물을 습식분쇄하여 습식분쇄액을 형성하고, 상기 습식분쇄액을 분무건조하여 가압성형용 분말을 제조하는 원료 전처리단계(S100);와 상기 가압성형용 분말을 가압성형장치에 투입하여 코어를 형성하고, 상기 코어를 고온소성하는 가압성형단계(S200);와 고온소성된 코어를 연마하는 코어 연마단계(S300);와 연마된 코어에 인공진주조성물을 도포하는 코팅단계(S400)를 포함한다.
