ECO-FRIENDLY ORGANIC-INORGANIC HYBRID COMPOSITION FOR ENHANCING DURABILITY OF CONCRETE STRUCTURE AND METHOD FOR PROTECTING SURFACE OF CONCRETE STRUCTURE THEREWITH
The present invention relates to an environmentally-friendly organic/inorganic complex composition and a concrete structure surface protection method using the same. According to the present invention, the environmentally-friendly organic/inorganic complex composition comprises 5 to 85 wt% of a performance modification binder, 10 to 85 wt% of fine aggregates, and 5 to 40 wt% of water. The performance modification binder comprises: 10 to 85 wt% of high early strength Portland cement; 5 to 50 wt% of amorphous calcium sulfoaluminate; 1 to 30 wt% of tricalcium aluminate; 1 to 30 wt% of gibbsite; 1 to 20 wt% of germanium; 1 to 20 wt% of gypsum; 1 to 15 wt% of dolostone; 0.1 to 10 wt% of titanium oxide; 0.1 to 10 wt% of magnesium oxychloride; 0.1 to 10 wt% of ethylene vinyl acetate-polyvinyl chloride copolymer; 0.1 to 10 wt% of ethylene propylene rubber copolymer; 0.1 to 10 wt% of ethylene fluoroethylene copolymer; and 0.1 to 10 wt% of methyl(meta)acrylate-butylacrylate copolymer. Accordingly, provided are excellent strength, wear-resistance, UV-resistance, salt resistance, neutralization resistance, bonding property, freezing/thawing resistance, and durability, thereby lengthening a performance period of a concrete structure, reducing maintenance/repair expenses, and increasing constructability.
본 발명은, 성능개질 결합재 5~85중량%, 잔골재 10~85중량% 및 물 5~40중량%를 포함하며, 상기 성능개질 결합재는 조강포틀랜드 시멘트 10~85중량%, 비정질 칼슘설포알루미네이트 5~50중량%, 트리칼슘알루미네이트 1~30중량%, 깁사이트 1~30중량%, 게르마늄 1~20중량%, 석고 1~20중량%, 돌로스톤 1~15중량%, 티타늄옥사이드 0.1~10중량%, 마그네슘옥시클로라이드 0.1~10중량%, 에틸렌초산비닐-염화비닐 공중합체 0.1~10중량%, 에틸렌-프로필렌 고무 공중합체 0.1~10중량%, 에틸렌 플루오로 에틸렌 공중합체 0.1~10중량% 및 스티렌-메틸메타크릴레이트-부틸아크릴레이트 공중합체 0.1~10중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 유무기 복합 조성물 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 구조물 표면 보호 마감 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 강도, 내마모성, 내식성, UV저항성, 내염해성, 중성화 저항성, 부착성, 동결융해저항성 및 내구성이 우수하여 콘크리트 구조물의 공용기간 증가, 유지보수비용 절감 및 시공성 향상을 구현할 수 있다.
