Seismic Retaining Wall Block and Its Construction Method
The present invention relates to a seismic retaining wall block and a construction method thereof, which stacks a retaining wall block on a seismic rubber plate installed on the upper surface of seismic base concrete having a seismic plate buried therein to absorb vibration by an earthquake with the seismic concrete base such that shaking or separation of an upper retaining wall block is prevented to maintain stability of the upper structure. According to the present invention, the seismic retaining wall block comprises: a seismic plate having an absorption plate attached on both side surfaces of seismic rubber and having a dowel bar installed in the center of the absorption plate to protrude to the outside; seismic concrete base in which concrete is deposited after the seismic plate is installed at a predetermined interval such that the seismic plate is buried in the concrete; and a seismic rubber plate with a width of 0.5 m and a predetermined thickness installed on the entire upper surface of the seismic base concrete. A retaining wall block having a pinhole formed on both sides of an upper surface is installed on the seismic rubber plate and a connection pin is coupled to the pinhole such that a plurality of retaining wall blocks are interconnected and stacked on the seismic rubber plate and the seismic rubber plate is installed on the retaining wall blocks stacked on top.
본 발명은 내진설계된 보강토 옹벽블록 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로 내진판이 매립된 내진 기초콘크리트의 상면에 설치된 내진고무판 위에 보강토 블록을 적층하여, 지진에 의한 진동을 내진 기초콘크리트에 흡수하여, 상부 보강토 블럭의 흔들림이나 이탈을 방지하므로 상부구조물의 안정성이 지속적으로 유지되도록 하는 것이다.이는 내진고무의 양쪽 측면에 흡수판을 부착하고, 흡수판의 중앙에 외부로 돌출되도록 다웰바가 설치된 내진판; 상기 내진판을 일정 간격으로 설치한 후에 콘크리트를 타설하여, 콘크리트의 사이에 내진판이 매립된 내진 기초콘크리트; 상기 내진 기초콘크리트의 상면 전체면에 일정 두께를 가지면서 폭이 0.5m인 내진고무판을 설치하며, 상면 양측에 핀구멍이 형성된 보강토 블록을 내진고무판 위에 설치하고, 핀구멍에 연결핀을 체결하여, 보강토 블록을 내진고무판 위에 다수를 서로 연결된 상태로 축조하고, 축조된 상단 보강토 블록에 내진고무판이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
