The present invention relates to a method for installing a construction roof panel, which is provided to consecutively install a block and an upper panel on a conventional lower panel that is installed at a roof of a building, and thus implement a structure in which the upper panel is fixatedly fastened to the lower panel by means of a fixating screw, thereby recycling the conventional lower panel to prevent generation of removal costs and significantly shorten construction time. To this end, the present invention is characterized by comprising: an installation step of arranging a lower panel (10) on a support frame (8) in perpendicular and horizontal directions, while overlapping a portion of an end portion; a step of fixatedly fastening the lower panel (10) on the support frame (8) by means of a fixating screw (12) after the step of installing the lower panel (10); a step of installing a plurality of blocks (22) to be spaced apart at regular intervals on an upper end surface (20) of a lower curved portion (14) of the lower panel (10) after the step of fastening the fixating screw (12); an installation step of arranging an upper panel (24) in perpendicular and horizontal directions on the blocks (22) while overlapping a part of an end portion after the step of installing the blocks (22); and a step of fixating the upper panel (24) on the lower panel (10) after the step of installing the upper panel (24).
본 발명은 건축용 지붕 판넬 설치 방법에 관한 것으로, 그 목적으로는 건물의 지붕에 설치된 기존의 하부판넬 위에 블록과 상부판넬을 순차적으로 설치하고, 상기 상부판넬을 고정나사로 하부판넬에 체결하여 고정하는 구조를 실현함으로써, 기존의 하부판넬 재사용으로 철거비용이 발생되지 않게 하면서 공사기간을 획기적으로 단축시키고자 하는 데에 있다. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은, 받침프레임(8)에 하부판넬(10)을 종횡으로 나열하면서 끝단부 일부를 서로 중첩시켜 설치하는 과정; 상기 하부판넬(10) 설치하는 과정 이후로, 하부판넬(10)을 받침프레임(8)상에 고정나사(12)로 체결하여 고정하는 과정; 상기 고정나사(12) 체결과정 이후로, 하부판넬(10)의 하부절곡부(14) 상단면(20)에 다수개의 블록(22)을 동일한 간격으로 이격 설치하는 과정; 상기 블록(22) 설치하는 과정 이후로, 블록(22) 위에 상부판넬(24)을 종횡으로 나열하면서 끝단부 일부를 서로 중첩시켜 설치하는 과정; 상기 상부판넬(24) 설치하는 과정 이후로, 상부판넬(24)을 하부판넬(10) 위에 고정하는 과정;으로 된 것을 특징으로 한다.
