The present invention relates to a roof pannel fixation device for a soundproof tunnel. The roof pannel fixation device comprises: a basis section member having a pair of stoppers formed to protrude from a central portion of an upper surface thereof with a predetermined interval from each other and fixing a pair of left and right roof panels to keep the roof panels steady, first packing fitting grooves provided on both edges of the upper surface, and drain guide grooves respectively formed between the stoppers and the first packing fitting grooves, in order to block rainwater from leaking in a connection portion between the roof panels; a support section member having coupling portions which are formed in a central portion thereof to protrude and fitted into the space between the stoppers, and having second packing fitting grooves formed on lower surfaces of both edges thereof; first packings fitted and coupled to the first packing fitting groove of the basis section member to block the gaps between the basis section member and lower surfaces of the pair of left and right roof panels; second packings fitted and coupled to the second packing fitting grooves of the support section member to block the gaps between the support section member and upper surfaces of the pair of left and right roof panels; a finishing cap having a pair of left and right insertion protrusions which are provided in a central portion of a lower surface thereof and elastically fitted and coupled from an upper side of the support section member to the inside of the coupling portions by elastic deformation; and a plurality of tap bolts for fixing the coupling portions of the support section member by fastening the same while the coupling portions are fitted into the space between the stoppers of the basis section member.
본 발명은 방음터널용 지붕패널 고정장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 지붕패널들의 연결 부분을 통해 빗물이 새어드는 것을 차단하기 위해, 상면 중앙부에 좌우로 일정한 간격을 두고 좌우 한 쌍의 지붕패널이 움직이지 않도록 고정시키는 한 쌍의 스토퍼가 돌출 형성되고, 상면의 양쪽 가장자리에 제1패킹끼움홈이, 상기 스토퍼와 상기 제1패킹끼움홈 사이에 배수유도홈이 각각 형성된 받침형재, 중앙부에 상기 스토퍼들 사이 공간에 끼워지는 결합부가 돌출 형성되고, 양쪽 가장자리의 하면에 제2패킹끼움홈이 형성된 지지형재, 상기 받침형재의 상기 제1패킹끼움홈에 끼움 결합되어 상기 받침형재와 상기 좌우 한 쌍의 지붕패널 하면 사이의 틈을 차단하는 제1패킹, 상기 지지형재의 상기 제2패킹끼움홈에 끼움 결합되어 상기 지지형재와 상기 좌우 한 쌍의 지붕패널 상면 사이의 틈을 차단하는 제2패킹, 하면의 중앙부에 상기 지지형재의 상측에서 상기 결합부의 안쪽으로 탄성 변형에 의해 탄력적으로 끼워져 결합되는 좌우 한 쌍의 삽입돌기가 형성된 마감캡 및 상기 지지형재의 결합부가 상기 받침형재의 스토퍼들 사이 공간에 끼워진 상태로 죄어서 고정시키는 다수의 탭볼트를 포함하는 방음터널용 지붕패널 고정장치를 개시한다.
The present invention relates to a roof pannel fixation device for a soundproof tunnel. The roof pannel fixation device comprises: a basis section member having a pair of stoppers formed to protrude from a central portion of an upper surface thereof with a predetermined interval from each other and fixing a pair of left and right roof panels to keep the roof panels steady, first packing fitting grooves provided on both edges of the upper surface, and drain guide grooves respectively formed between the stoppers and the first packing fitting grooves, in order to block rainwater from leaking in a connection portion between the roof panels; a support section member having coupling portions which are formed in a central portion thereof to protrude and fitted into the space between the stoppers, and having second packing fitting grooves formed on lower surfaces of both edges thereof; first packings fitted and coupled to the first packing fitting groove of the basis section member to block the gaps between the basis section member and lower surfaces of the pair of left and right roof panels; second packings fitted and coupled to the second packing fitting grooves of the support section member to block the gaps between the support section member and upper surfaces of the pair of left and right roof panels; a finishing cap having a pair of left and right insertion protrusions which are provided in a central portion of a lower surface thereof and elastically fitted and coupled from an upper side of the support section member to the inside of the coupling portions by elastic deformation; and a plurality of tap bolts for fixing the coupling portions of the support section member by fastening the same while the coupling portions are fitted into the space between the stoppers of the basis section member.
본 발명은 방음터널용 지붕패널 고정장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 지붕패널들의 연결 부분을 통해 빗물이 새어드는 것을 차단하기 위해, 상면 중앙부에 좌우로 일정한 간격을 두고 좌우 한 쌍의 지붕패널이 움직이지 않도록 고정시키는 한 쌍의 스토퍼가 돌출 형성되고, 상면의 양쪽 가장자리에 제1패킹끼움홈이, 상기 스토퍼와 상기 제1패킹끼움홈 사이에 배수유도홈이 각각 형성된 받침형재, 중앙부에 상기 스토퍼들 사이 공간에 끼워지는 결합부가 돌출 형성되고, 양쪽 가장자리의 하면에 제2패킹끼움홈이 형성된 지지형재, 상기 받침형재의 상기 제1패킹끼움홈에 끼움 결합되어 상기 받침형재와 상기 좌우 한 쌍의 지붕패널 하면 사이의 틈을 차단하는 제1패킹, 상기 지지형재의 상기 제2패킹끼움홈에 끼움 결합되어 상기 지지형재와 상기 좌우 한 쌍의 지붕패널 상면 사이의 틈을 차단하는 제2패킹, 하면의 중앙부에 상기 지지형재의 상측에서 상기 결합부의 안쪽으로 탄성 변형에 의해 탄력적으로 끼워져 결합되는 좌우 한 쌍의 삽입돌기가 형성된 마감캡 및 상기 지지형재의 결합부가 상기 받침형재의 스토퍼들 사이 공간에 끼워진 상태로 죄어서 고정시키는 다수의 탭볼트를 포함하는 방음터널용 지붕패널 고정장치를 개시한다.
