S/C Concrete Composition for Steel-Concrete Connection of Bridge and Constructing Methods Using Thereof
The present invention relates to a concrete composition for an S/C joint of a bridge and a construction method using the same. The concrete composition comprises: 50 to 1,000 parts by weight of aggregate; 1 to 30 parts by weight of blast furnace slag fine powder; 1 to 20 parts by weight of fly ash; 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of a fluidizing agent; 5 to 20 parts by weight of a shrinkage reducing agent; 5 to 15 parts by weight of a slump reducing agent; 10 to 30 parts by weight of nano-ceramic particles; 5 to 20 parts by weight of silica fume; 2 to 20 parts by weight of fibers; 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of antioxidant; 3 to 20 parts by weight of an adhesion promoter; 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of a stabilizer; 5 to 30 parts by weight of a strain inhibitor; and 0.01 to 10 parts by weight of a high performance water reducing agent, based on 100 parts by weight of cement. According to the present invention, the concrete composition for an S/C joint of a bridge can secure filling properties within the S/C junction cell and slope formability, and control the flow rate for the slump change of the concrete composition.
본 발명은 시멘트 100중량부를 기준으로, 골재 50 내지 1,000중량부; 고로슬래그 미분말 1 내지 30중량부; 플라이 애시 1 내지 20중량부; 유동화제 0.5 내지 10중량부; 수축저감제 5 내지 20중량부; 슬럼프저감제 5 내지 15중량부; 나노세라믹 입자 10 내지 30중량부; 실리카퓸 5 내지 20중량부; 섬유 2 내지 20중량부; 산화방지제 0.1 내지 5중량부; 부착증진제 3 내지 20중량부; 안정제 0.5 내지 10중량부; 변형방지제 5 내지 30중량부; 및 고성능 감수제 0.01 내지 10중량부를 포함하는 교량의 S/C 접합부용 콘크리트 조성물 및 이를 이용한 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본본 발명에 따른 교량의 S/C 접합부용 콘크리트 조성물은 S/C접합부 셀(cell) 내부 충진성 및 슬로프(slope) 성형성을 확보하고, 콘크리트 조성물의 슬럼프 변화에 대한 유동량을 조절할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a concrete composition for an S/C joint of a bridge and a construction method using the same.
