COMPOSITION FOR MANUFACTURING LIGHTWEIGHT WALL BLOCK USING POROUS FELDSPAR LIGHTWEIGHT WALL BLOCK AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF LIGHTWEIGHT WALL BLOCK
The present invention relates to a mortar composition for manufacturing a lightweight wall block using a porous feldspar, a lightweight wall block, and a method for manufacturing a lightweight wall block. The mortar composition of the present invention comprises a cement (Bc), a first feldspar powder (Pb1) having a particle size of 0.05 to 0.5 mm, and a second feldspar powder (Pb2) having a particle size of 40 to 50 μm, in a weight ratio of 0.25 to 1 : 0.75 to 3 : 0.75 to 2.25. According to the present invention, energy loss reduction, noise reduction, aesthetic function improvement, and building material cost reduction can be achieved. Also, the mortar composition of the present invention can be used for controlling microorganisms, such as bacteria and mold of a building, and is used for maintenance in proper humidity and prevention for a preservation material damage caused by dew condensation in a place required for storage at high costs, such as a library, an art museum, and a bookstack.
본 발명은 다공질 장석을 이용한 경량 벽체 블록 제조용 모르타르 조성물, 경량 벽체 블록, 및 경량 벽체 블록의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로는 시멘트(Bc); 0.05~0.5mm의 입도를 가진 제 1 장석 분체(Pb1); 및 40~50㎛의 입도를 가진 제 2 장석 분체(Pb2); 를 각각 0.25 내지 1 : 0.75 내지 3 : 0.75 내지 2.25의 중량비로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 장석을 이용한 경량 벽체 블록 제조용 모르타르 조성물, 경량 벽체 블록, 및 경량 벽체 블록의 제조 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 다공질 장석을 이용한 경량 벽체 블록 제조용 모르타르 조성물, 경량 벽체 블록, 및 경량 벽체 블록의 제조 방법은, 에너지 손실 저감, 소음 완화, 미적 기능 개선, 건축 재료 원가 절감을 달성할 수 있고, 건축물의 세균 및 곰팡이 등 미생물을 제어하는데 활용할 수 있으며, 또한, 도서관, 미술관 및 서고 등과 같은 고가의 보관을 요하는 곳에서 적정습도 유지 및 결로에 의한 보존물 훼손 방지에 활용 가능한 효과가 있다.
