IGCC METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ECO-FRIENDLY LIGHTWEIGHT CLAY BRICKS RECYCLING IGCC SLAG AND CLAY BRICKS MANUFACTURED BY THE SAME
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an eco-friendly lightweight clay brick recycling integrated gasification combined cycle (IGCC) slag, and a clay brick manufactured thereby. According to the present invention, the eco-friendly lightweight clay brick recycling IGCC slag is manufactured by including a black clay, a red clay, an IGCC slag, an anti-freezing agent, and mixed water. The anti-freezing agent is used with a mixture of calcium nitrate and calcium nitrite, and is prepared by applying and drying a coating solution on a surface of the clay brick. The coating solution includes a polyester resin, 1,3,5-triglycidal isocyanurate, dodecanedioic acid, and an additive. The additive is prepared by mixing an antioxidant, a photostabilizer, a film forming agent, a phosphorus-based monomer, activated carbon, and a pest control agent. According to the present invention, the clay brick is manufactured by using slag (IGCC slag) which is an industrial byproduct generated after coal gasification in IGCC, thereby recycling resources, reducing processing costs caused by processing pollutants and waste materials, reducing factors of environmental pollution, and enhancing pollution resistance and durability.
본 발명은 IGCC 슬래그를 재활용하는 친환경 경량 점토벽돌의 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 점토벽돌에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 IGCC 슬래그를 재활용하는 친환경 경량 점토벽돌은 흑점토, 적점토, IGCC 슬래그, 방동제 및 배합수를 포함하여 점토벽돌을 제조하되, 상기 방동제로는 질산칼슘 및 아질산칼슘의 혼합물이 사용되며, 상기 점토벽돌의 표면에 코팅액을 도포한 후 건조하여 제조되고, 상기 코팅액은 폴리에스테르 수지, 1,3,5-트리글리시딜 이소시아누르산염(1,3,5-triglycidal isocyanurate), 도데칸디오익산 및 첨가제를 포함하고, 상기 첨가제는 산화방지제, 광안정제, 조막형성제, 인계 단량체, 활성탄 및 방충제를 혼합하여 제조된다.상기한 구성에 의해 본 발명은 석탄가스화복합발전(Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle; IGCC)에서 석탄 가스화 후 발생하는 산업 부산물인 슬래그(IGCC 슬래그)를 이용하여 점토벽돌을 제조함으로써, 자원의 재활용은 물론 오염물질, 폐기물질의 처리에 따른 처리비용 절감 및 환경오염의 요인을 감소시키고, 내오염성, 내구성을 강화할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an eco-friendly lightweight clay brick recycling integrated gasification combined cycle (IGCC) slag, and a clay brick manufactured thereby. According to the present invention, the eco-friendly lightweight clay brick recycling IGCC slag is manufactured by including a black clay, a red clay, an IGCC slag, an anti-freezing agent, and mixed water. The anti-freezing agent is used with a mixture of calcium nitrate and calcium nitrite, and is prepared by applying and drying a coating solution on a surface of the clay brick. The coating solution includes a polyester resin, 1,3,5-triglycidal isocyanurate, dodecanedioic acid, and an additive. The additive is prepared by mixing an antioxidant, a photostabilizer, a film forming agent, a phosphorus-based monomer, activated carbon, and a pest control agent. According to the present invention, the clay brick is manufactured by using slag (IGCC slag) which is an industrial byproduct generated after coal gasification in IGCC, thereby recycling resources, reducing processing costs caused by processing pollutants and waste materials, reducing factors of environmental pollution, and enhancing pollution resistance and durability.
본 발명은 IGCC 슬래그를 재활용하는 친환경 경량 점토벽돌의 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 점토벽돌에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 IGCC 슬래그를 재활용하는 친환경 경량 점토벽돌은 흑점토, 적점토, IGCC 슬래그, 방동제 및 배합수를 포함하여 점토벽돌을 제조하되, 상기 방동제로는 질산칼슘 및 아질산칼슘의 혼합물이 사용되며, 상기 점토벽돌의 표면에 코팅액을 도포한 후 건조하여 제조되고, 상기 코팅액은 폴리에스테르 수지, 1,3,5-트리글리시딜 이소시아누르산염(1,3,5-triglycidal isocyanurate), 도데칸디오익산 및 첨가제를 포함하고, 상기 첨가제는 산화방지제, 광안정제, 조막형성제, 인계 단량체, 활성탄 및 방충제를 혼합하여 제조된다.상기한 구성에 의해 본 발명은 석탄가스화복합발전(Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle; IGCC)에서 석탄 가스화 후 발생하는 산업 부산물인 슬래그(IGCC 슬래그)를 이용하여 점토벽돌을 제조함으로써, 자원의 재활용은 물론 오염물질, 폐기물질의 처리에 따른 처리비용 절감 및 환경오염의 요인을 감소시키고, 내오염성, 내구성을 강화할 수 있다.
