Prefabricated Catwalk and Installation Method Thereof
The present invention relates to a catwalk, in other words, a work passage installed in a ceiling of a building or a lower surface of a bridge, and an installation method thereof. The catwalk according to the present invention comprises: a plurality of anchors buried at predetermined intervals in the ceiling of a building; a plurality of protruding rods coupled to each of the plurality of anchors and protruding in a rod shape from a ceiling surface; a plurality of vertical frames, each of which is rotatably coupled to each end portion of the plurality of protruding rods around a vertical shaft with respect to the longitudinal direction of the protruding rods, to be vertically hung with respect to the ground surface of the building; a plurality of horizontal frames connecting the plurality of vertical frames; and a foothold coupled to the plurality of horizontal frames. Therefore, the catwalk can be installed by an assembly method of nut/bolt coupling without welding to absorb and correct a construction error, thereby eliminating fire hazards, improving constructability, and shortening the construction period.
본 발명은 캣워크(catwalk), 즉 건물의 천정이나 교량의 저면에 설치된 작업통로와 그 설치 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 캣워크는, 건축물의 천정 안에 소정의 간격을 가지고 매설되는 복수의 앵커; 복수의 앵커 각각에 결합되고 천정면에서 봉상으로 돌출되는 복수의 돌출봉; 복수의 돌출봉 각각의 단부에, 돌출봉의 길이방향에 수직인 축을 중심으로 회동 가능하게 각각 결합되어, 건축물의 지면에 대해 수직하게 늘어뜨려지는 복수의 수직 프레임; 복수의 수직 프레임을 서로 연결하는 복수의 수평 프레임; 및 복수의 수평 프레임에 결합되는 발판을 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 시공 오차를 흡수 보정하면서도, 용접을 사용하지 않고, 볼트/너트 결합 등의 조립 방법에 의해 캣워크를 설치할 수 있어 화재 위험을 제거하고 시공성의 향상, 공기 단축을 꾀할 수 있다.
