Feeding Device of High Flowability Fill Material Composition
The present invention relates to a high flow filler composition comprising an inorganic binder which is a mixture including cement, soil, and water in an appropriate mixing weight ratio, wherein the mixing weight ratio of the inorganic binder, soil, and water is 1-4 : 20-32 : 6-10. The present invention also provides a feeding device of the composition. Self-leveling and self-compaction are secured, so no compaction process is required. By forming a cured body to secure a predetermined strength, re-excavation is easy and the occurrence of settlement can be suppressed. By utilizing fly ash, blast furnace slag, construction clay, and circular soil, resource depletion and environmental damage caused by indiscriminate collection of natural aggregates can be minimized.
시멘트를 포함하는 혼합물인 무기계결합재, 토사, 및 물을 적정 혼합중량비율로 혼합한 고유동성 채움재 조성물로서, 상기 혼합중량비율은 무기계결합재:토사:물=(1~4):(20~32):(6~10)인 것을 특징으로 하는 고유동성 채움재 조성물 및 그 공급장치를 제공하여, 자기 수평능력(Self-Leveling)과 자기 다짐성(Self-Compaction)이 확보되어 다짐 공정이 필요 없으며, 경화체를 형성하여 소정의 강도를 확보하여 재굴착이 용이하면서도 침하발생을 억제할 수 있으며, 플라이애시, 고로슬래그, 건설 잔토, 및 순환토사를 활용함으로써 천연골재의 무분별한 채취로 인한 자원고갈 및 환경파괴문제를 최소화할 수 있다.
