A WALING ASSEMBLY WITH REINFORCEMENT STRUCTURE
The present invention relates to a waling assembly having a reinforcing structure. The waling assembly having the reinforcing structure comprises: a waling main body comprising an upper flange, a lower flange, and a connection unit; a support plate connected to the upper flange of the waling main body at fixed intervals; a steel wire anchoring unit connected to the support plate to face the each support plate; a steel wire installed in the steel wire anchoring unit to be tensioned so that prestress is applied to the waling main body; multiple steel pipes installed on both sides of the connection unit to reinforce rigidity of the waling main body; and a protection cover maintaining the prestress generated in the waling main body and connected to an outer surface of the support plate to protect the steel wire installed to be tensioned. The protection cover maintains the prestress of the waling main body as being combined while the steel wire is tensioned. Moreover, the protection cover is combined with a fixing block fixed to the upper flange. Each steel pipe is integrated with the waling main body by welding.
본 발명은 보강구조를 갖는 띠장조립체에 관한 것으로, 이를 위해 상부플랜지와 하부플랜지 및 연결부로 이루어지는 띠장본체;와, 상기 띠장본체의 상부플랜지에 상호 간 일정간격을 두고 결합되는 지지플레이트;와, 상기 각 지지플레이트에 상호 간 마주보도록 결합되는 강선정착구;와, 상기 띠장본체에 프리 스트레스가 도입되도록 상기 강선정착구에 인장 설치되는 강선;과, 상기 띠장본체의 강성을 보강하기 위해 연결부의 양측면에 배치되는 다수의 강관; 및 상기 띠장본체에 발생된 프리 스트레스를 유지하고, 인장 설치된 강선을 보호하기 위해 지지플레이트의 외각에 결합되는 보호커버;를 포함하여 이루어지되, 상기 보호커버는 강선에 인장이 걸린 상태로 결합되어 띠장본체의 프리 스트레스를 유지하고, 상부플랜지에 고정된 고정블럭과 결합되며, 상기 각 강관은 용접으로 띠장본체와 일체화시킨 것을 특징으로 한다.
