A WALING ASSEMBLY WITH DOUBLE WIRE
The present invention relates to a waling assembly having a double steel wire. To achieve the purpose of the present invention, the waling assembly comprises: a waling main body generally comprising an upper flange, a lower flange, and a connection unit connecting the upper flange and the lower flange and partially comprising a center unit and both side units, wherein the center unit has the height corresponding to a layered waling by an upper stepped unit in the longitudinal direction and the both side units has the height corresponding to a single waling; a connection plate connected to the upper flange of the center unit at fixed intervals; multiple steel wire anchoring units connected to face each connection plate; a double steel wire anchored to the steel wire anchoring unit in a double line side by side for prestress to be applied to the waling main body; and a protection cover maintaining the prestress generated in the waling main body and connected to the outer surface of the connection plate to protect the double steel wire installed to be tensioned. The protection cover maintains the prestress of the waling main body by being connected to the double steel wire while being tensioned. The inner side of a center area of each protection cover is connected to a fixing block fixed to the upper flange.
본 발명을 이중 강선을 갖는 띠장 조립체에 관한 것으로, 이를 위해 전체적으로는 상부플랜지와, 하부플랜지 및 상부플랜지와 하부플랜지를 연결하는 연결부로 이루어지고, 부분적으로는 길이방향을 따라 상향 단차부를 매개로 겹띠장에 준하는 높이를 갖는 중앙부와 단일띠장에 준하는 높이를 갖는 양측부로 이루어지는 띠장본체;와, 상기 중앙부의 상부 플랜지에 상호 간 일정간격을 두고 결합되는 결합플레이트;와, 상기 각 결합플레이트에 상호 간 마주보도록 결합되는 복수의 강선정착구;와, 상기 띠장본체에 프리 스트레스가 도입되도록 상기 강선정착구에 2열로 나란히 정착되는 이중 강선; 및 상기 띠장본체에 발생된 프리 스트레스를 유지하고, 인장 설치된 이중 강선을 보호하기 위해 결합플레이트의 외각에 결합되는 보호커버;를 포함하여 이루어지되,상기 보호커버는 이중 강선에 인장이 걸린 상태로 결합되어 띠장본체의 프리 스트레스를 유지하고, 상기 각 보호커버의 중앙영역 내측은 상부 플랜지에 고정된 고정블럭과 결합되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a waling assembly having a double steel wire.
