Screw pile and constructing method thereof
The present invention relates to a screw pile and a construction method for the same. The screw pile can prevent earth and sand from flowing inside while spouting grout by having a check valve in a grouting hole formed in the screw pile. The screw pile has an overbreak prevention cap on the outer side of the grouting hole and can prevent overbreak from occurring due to the grout of high pressure spouted through the grouting hole. To achieve the purpose of the present invention, the screw pile comprises: a pile body having a hollow inside and the multiple grouting holes; multiple screws connected to the outer circumference of the pile body and formed at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the pile body; the check valve inserted into the grouting hole and opening and closing to the outside of the pile body, wherein the check valve spouts the grout to the outside of the pile body and prevents the earth and sand from flowing into the pile body at the same time; and an overbreak prevention cap installed to be spaced by facing the check valve and blocking the grout for the grout injected by the check valve not to be directly injected in a diameter direction of the pile body as both left and right ends are attached to the outer surface of the pile body, wherein the overbreak prevention cap spreads the grout in the height direction of the pile body.
본 발명은 스크류파일 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 스크류파일에 형성된 그라우팅홀에 체크밸브를 설치하여 그라우트재의 분출운 이루어지도록 하면서 토사의 유입은 방지할 수 있도록 하고, 그라우팅홀의 외측에 여굴방지캡을 설치하여 그라우팅홀을 통해 분출되는 고압의 그라우트재에 의해 여굴이 발생되는 것을 차단하도록 하는 스크류파일 및 그 시공방법을 제공함에 있다. 상기 목적 달성을 위한 본 발명은, 내부가 중공되고 다수의 그라우팅홀이 형성되어 있는 파일몸체; 상기 파일몸체의 외주면에 결합되고 파일몸체의 길이방향을 따라 상호 간격을 두고 형성되는 다수의 스크류; 상기 그라우팅홀에 끼워지도록 설치되고 파일몸체의 외측방향으로 개폐가 이루어지도록 구성됨으로써 파일몸체의 외측으로 그라우트재가 분출되도록 함과 동시에 파일몸체의 내부로 토사가 유입되는 것을 방지하는 체크밸브; 상기 체크밸브와 마주보며 이격되게 위치하고 좌,우 양단이 파일몸체의 외면에 부착되어 체크밸브를 통해 분사되는 그라우트가 파일몸체의 직경방향으로 직접적으로 분사되지 않도록 차단하고 파일몸체의 높이 방향으로 확산되도록 하는 여굴방지캡;을; 포함하여 구성된 스크류파일 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로 기술적 요지로 한다.

The present invention relates to a screw pile and a construction method for the same. The screw pile can prevent earth and sand from flowing inside while spouting grout by having a check valve in a grouting hole formed in the screw pile.
