The invention discloses a screw pile, a manufacture method thereof, and a construction method of the screw pile. The screw pile is characterized by comprising a prestress precasting tubular pile body, wherein the prestress precasting tubular pile body is made of high-strength concrete, the pile body is provided with stiffening ribs which are spirally rotated and extruded around the pile body, and the bottom end of the pile body is provided with a blade foot. The manufacture method of the screw pile comprises the following steps: 1) filling a die; 2) arranging materials; 3) tensioning prestressed reinforcements; 4) carrying out centrifugal shaping; 5) carrying out normal-pressure steam curing; 6) demoulding; 7) carrying out autoclave curing; 8) carrying out natural curing. Compared with the traditional pile material, the screw pile has the advantages that cost is reduced by 25-35%.
