Prevention device and method of fire spreading of exterior walls of buildings
The present invention relates to a device to prevent the spread of a fire on an outer wall of a building. The device includes: a shutter storage unit (20) equipped with a storage box (24), and including a winding roll (22) for winding a shutter (10) and a motor (21) for rotating the winding roll (22) in the storage box (24); a vertical rail (40) guiding the shutter (10) unfolded from the shutter storage unit (20); a horizontal rail (50) rotated by a horizontal rail rotating device (54) in case of a fire to horizontally guide the shutter (10) unfolded along the vertical rail (40); a sensor (70) sensing the occurrence of a fire; a control part operating the motor (21) and the horizontal rail rotating device (54) in accordance with a sensing signal of the sensor (70); and the shutter (10) generally stored in the shutter storage unit (20) and unfolded by the operation of the motor (21) operated by a signal of the control part from the storage box (24) along the vertical rail (40) and the horizontal rail (50) to prevent the spread of a fire and gas when the occurrence of a fire is sensed by the sensor (70). Therefore, the device is capable of preventing harmful gas from leaking from shutters.
본 발명은 수납함(24)이 구비되고, 상기 수납함(24)의 내부에는 셔터(10)를 권취할 수 있는 권취롤(22)과 상기 권취롤(22)을 회전시키기 위한 모터(21)를 포함하는 셔터수납수단(20); 상기 셔터수납수단(20)으로부터 펼쳐져 나오는 셔터(10)를 가이드하는 수직레일(40); 화재발생시 수평레일회동장치(54)에 의해 회전되어 수직레일(40)을 따라 펼쳐지는 셔터(10)를 수평방향으로 가이드하는 수평레일(50); 화재 발생을 감지하는 센서(70); 상기 센서(70)의 감지신호에 따라 상기 모터(21)와 상기 수평레일회동장치(54)를 구동시키는 제어부; 상기 셔터수납수단(20)의 내부에 수납되어 있다가 상기 센서(70)에 의해 화재 발생이 감지되면, 제어부의 신호에 의해 구동되는 상기 모터(21)의 구동에 의해 상기 수납함(24)으로부터 펼쳐져 나와 상기 수직레일(40) 및 수평레일(50)을 따라 펼쳐져 화재와 가스의 확산을 방지하는 셔터(10);를 포함하는, 건물외벽 화재확산 방지 장치에 관한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a device to prevent the spread of a fire on an outer wall of a building. The device includes: a shutter storage unit (20) equipped with a storage box (24), and including a winding roll (22) for winding a shutter (10) and a motor (21) for rotating the winding roll (22) in the storage box (24); a vertical rail (40) guiding the shutter (10) unfolded from the shutter storage unit (20); a horizontal rail (50) rotated by a horizontal rail rotating device (54) in case of a fire to horizontally guide the shutter (10) unfolded along the vertical rail (40); a sensor (70) sensing the occurrence of a fire; a control part operating the motor (21) and the horizontal rail rotating device (54) in accordance with a sensing signal of the sensor (70); and the shutter (10) generally stored in the shutter storage unit (20) and unfolded by the operation of the motor (21) operated by a signal of the control part from the storage box (24) along the vertical rail (40) and the horizontal rail (50) to prevent the spread of a fire and gas when the occurrence of a fire is sensed by the sensor (70). Therefore, the device is capable of preventing harmful gas from leaking from shutters.
