Prevention Apparatus of Fire Spreading Through Exterior Walls of Building
The present invention relates to an apparatus to prevent fire from spreading through an outer wall of a building, capable of preventing fire in a lower floor from spreading to an upper floor through a window on an outer wall of a building. According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises: a main frame; first and second vertical frames installed at both ends of the main frame to be provided with a vertical downward length respectively, and having a long hole and a coupling hole with a vertical length formed by passing through a side surface; a pair of link bars to couple one end with the coupling hole; a blocking plate having a first coupling pin protruding on both side surfaces of an upper part to be coupled to the long hole and having a second coupling pin protruding on both side surfaces spaced apart from the first coupling pin at a predetermined distance to be coupled to a lower part of the link bar, wherein a free end is rotated when the first coupling pin is moved along the long hole, so an installation angle is adjusted; an operating unit installed in any one vertical frame selected between the first and second vertical frames and lifting/lowering the first coupling pin along the long hole; a spray pipe installed on one side surface of the blocking plate, and including a nozzle to spray water and a control valve; a sensor module installed one side of the main frame and detecting smoke or heat; and a controller to control operation of the operating module and the control valve in accordance with a signal detected by the sensor module.
본 발명은 건물 외벽의 창호를 통해 아래층의 화재가 위층으로 확산되는 것을 방지하는 건물의 외벽을 통한 화재확산 방지장치에 관한 것이다. 상기의 과제를 해결하기 위하여 본 발명에 따른 화재확산 방지장치는, 메인프레임; 상기 메인프레임의 양단에 각각 수직의 하향 길이를 가지도록 설치되고, 측면을 관통하여 상하 길이를 가지는 장공과 결합공이 형성되는 제1, 2 수직프레임; 일단이 상기 결합공에 결합되는 한 쌍의 링크바; 상부 양측면에 상기 장공에 결합되는 제1 결합핀이 돌출 형성되고, 상기 제1 결합핀과 소정 거리 이격되는 양측면상에 상기 링크바의 하부와 결합되는 제2 결합핀이 돌출 형성되며, 상기 제1 결합핀이 상기 장공을 따라 상하로 이동됨에 따라 자유단이 회전되어 설치 각도가 조절되는 차단플레이트; 상기 제1, 2 수직프레임 중 선택된 어느 하나의 수직프레임에 설치되면서 상기 제1 결합핀을 상기 장공을 따라 승강 동작시키는 구동유닛; 상기 차단플레이트의 일측면에 설치되어 물이 분사되는 노즐과 제어밸브가 구비되는 분무배관; 상기 메인프레임의 일측에 설치되면서 연기 또는 열을 감지하는 센서모듈; 및 상기 센서모듈에서 감지된 신호에 따라 상기 구동유닛과 상기 제어밸브의 동작을 제어하는 제어기; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to an apparatus to prevent fire from spreading through an outer wall of a building, capable of preventing fire in a lower floor from spreading to an upper floor through a window on an outer wall of a building. 본 발명은 건물 외벽의 창호를 통해 아래층의 화재가 위층으로 확산되는 것을 방지하는 건물의 외벽을 통한 화재확산 방지장치에 관한 것이다. 상기의 과제를 해결하기 위하여 본 발명에 따른 화재확산 방지장치는, 메인프레임; 상기 메인프레임의 양단에 각각 수직의 하향 길이를 가지도록 설치되고, 측면을 관통하여 상하 길이를 가지는 장공과 결합공이 형성되는 제1, 2 수직프레임; 일단이 상기 결합공에 결합되는 한 쌍의 링크바; 상부 양측면에 상기 장공에 결합되는 제1 결합핀이 돌출 형성되고, 상기 제1 결합핀과 소정 거리 이격되는 양측면상에 상기 링크바의 하부와 결합되는 제2 결합핀이 돌출 형성되며, 상기 제1 결합핀이 상기 장공을 따라 상하로 이동됨에 따라 자유단이 회전되어 설치 각도가 조절되는 차단플레이트; 상기 제1, 2 수직프레임 중 선택된 어느 하나의 수직프레임에 설치되면서 상기 제1 결합핀을 상기 장공을 따라 승강 동작시키는 구동유닛; 상기 차단플레이트의 일측면에 설치되어 물이 분사되는 노즐과 제어밸브가 구비되는 분무배관; 상기 메인프레임의 일측에 설치되면서 연기 또는 열을 감지하는 센서모듈; 및 상기 센서모듈에서 감지된 신호에 따라 상기 구동유닛과 상기 제어밸브의 동작을 제어하는 제어기; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
