EQUIPMENT FOR REMOVING HUMIDITY AND PENTANE GAS BY PRESSING AND FORMING A HOLE IN CONSTRUCTION INSULATOR AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CONSTRUCTION INSULATOR USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a processing facility for a building insulation capable of removing moisture and perforating and a manufacturing method of the building insulation using the same, capable of effectively shortening a drying aging time of the insulation by removing the remaining moisture (humidity) or pentane gas and simultaneously perforating a moisture permeable hole when manufacturing insulation installed in the walls for insulating a house or an apartment house of a various structure such as an autoclaved lightweight concrete (ALC) block house wall, red clay block house wall, concrete house wall, wooden house wall, or a remodeling brick house wall.
본 발명은 ALC(Autoclaved Lightweight Concret) 블럭 주택벽체, 황토 블럭 주택벽체, 콘크리트 주택벽체, 목조 주택벽체 또는 리모델링 벽돌 주택벽체 등과 같은 다양한 구조의 주택 또는 공동 주택의 단열을 위해 벽체에 설치되는 단열재를 제조할 때 잔존하는 수분(습기)이나 펜탄가스를 제거하는 동시에 투습공을 타공하여 단열재의 건조 숙성시간을 효과적으로 단축시킬 수 있는 수분 제거 및 타공이 가능한 건축용 단열재의 가공설비 및 이를 이용한 건축용 단열재의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
