The present invention relates to an apparatus for preventing an interlayer noise in an apartment house, comprising a washboard structure with an insect repellent unit, and more specifically, to an apparatus for preventing interlayer noise in an apartment house, having a washboard structure with an insect repellent unit, comprising: a washboard body placed along an edge of a floor buffer structure formed on an upper side of a slab integrated with a wall; a washboard internal cover rotationally placed on a central unit and a lower end unit of the front surface of the washboard body, whose lower end unit is distanced from the floor buffer structure by a certain interval; an internal wing having elasticity, which is placed on a lower end unit of the washboard internal cover to cover a part between the washboard internal cover and the floor buffer structure; a washboard external cover placed to cover the washboard body with the washboard internal cover, whose lower end unit is distanced from the floor buffer structure by a certain interval; an external wing having elasticity, which is placed on a lower end unit of the washboard external cover to cover a part between the washboard external cover and the floor buffer structure; a washboard buffer unit placed between the washboard body and the wall to buffer an impact transferred to the washboard body; and the insect repellent unit which prevents insects. Accordingly, the present invention is able to effectively relieve an impact generated in a house, to prevent and minimize the transfer of the impact being transferred to the wall and the slab, to prevent and minimize interlayer noise, to prevent the presence of insects, and to provide convenience.
