The present invention relates to an inter-floor noise prevention device for an apartment house including a washboard structure with a harmful insect prevention unit. More specifically, the inter-floor noise prevention device for the apartment house comprises: a washboard body arranged along an edge of a floor buffer structure formed on an upper side of the slab integrated with a wall; a washboard inner cover rotatably arranged on the lower end and the center of the front surface of the washboard body, wherein the lower end thereof is separated from the floor buffer structure by a prescribed distance; an inner wing which has elasticity, and is arranged on the lower end of the washboard inner cover to cover a gap between the washboard inner cover and the floor buffer structure; a washboard outer cover arranged to cover the washboard body on which the washboard inner cover is arranged, wherein the lower end thereof is separated from the floor buffer structure by a prescribed distance; an outer wing which has elasticity, and is arranged on the lower end of the washboard outer cover to cover the gap between the washboard outer cover and the floor buffer structure; a washboard buffer unit arranged between the washboard body and the wall to alleviate an impact transferred to the washboard body; and a harmful insect prevention unit to prevent harmful insects. According to the present invention, an impact created in residence can be effectively alleviated to prevent and minimize an impact from being transferred to a wall and a slab to prevent and minimize inter-floor noise and prevent harmful insects to provide convenience.
