Manufacturing Method of Hybrid Shrinkage Reducing Agent for Dry Mortar
The present invention relates to a crack reducing dry mortar and, more specifically, to a method of manufacturing a new organic/inorganic complex shrinkage reducing admixture which has an advantageous effect not only in crack reduction but also in condensation speed and strength enhancement, and to a crack reducing dry mortar composition preferably using the organic/inorganic complex shrinkage reducing admixture manufactured by the method. According to the present invention, the method of manufacturing an organic/inorganic complex shrinkage reducing admixture comprises: a first step of preparing an admixture composition comprising 20 to 30 wt% of a shrinkage reducing agent, 10 to 18 wt% of alkali sulfate, 10 to 20 wt% of anhydrous gypsum, 30 to 55 wt% of spherical granular industrial byproducts with SO_3 content greater than or equal to 20 wt% and free lime (free CaO) equal to or less than 15 wt%, 0.1 to 5.0 wt% of naphthalene-based dispersing agent, and 0.2 to 2.4 wt% of glycerol; a second step of putting materials except glycerol in the prepared admixture composition into a grinder to grind and mix the materials; and a third step of putting glycerol in the middle of grinding and mixing, and grinding and mixing the mixture to manufacture a ground mixture having a maximum particle size equal to or less than 100 μm. According to the present invention, the crack reducing dry mortar composition comprises 1.5 to 3.0 parts by weight of an organic/inorganic complex shrinkage reducing admixture and 150 to 300 parts by weight of a fine aggregate based on 100 parts by weight of a cement binder.
본 발명은 균열저감 건식 모르타르에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 균열저감은 물론 응결속도와 강도증진에도 유리한 효과를 나타내는 새로운 유무기 복합 수축저감 혼화재의 제조방법과 그 제조방법으로 제조된 유무기 복합 수축저감 혼화재를 바람직하게 이용한 균열저감 건식 모르타르 조성물에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 유무기 복합 수축저감 혼화재의 제조방법은, 수축저감제 20~30중량%, 알칼리 설페이트 10~18중량%, 무수석고 10~20중량%, SO함량이 20중량% 이상이면서 유리석회(free CaO)가 15중량% 이하인 구형 입상의 산업부산물 30~55중량%, 나프탈렌계 분산제 0.1~5.0중량%, 글리세롤 0.2~2.4중량%를 포함하여 조성한 혼화재 조성물을 준비하는 제1단계; 준비한 혼화재 조성물에서 글리세롤을 제외한 재료를 분쇄기에 투입하여 분쇄 혼합하는 제2단계; 분쇄 혼합하는 중간에 글리세롤을 투입하고 분쇄 혼합하여 최대입도가 100㎛ 이하의 분쇄 혼합물로 제조하는 제3단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.본 발명에 따른 균열저감 건식 모르타르 조성물은, 시멘트 결합재 100중량부에 대하여, 유무기 복합 수축저감 혼화재 1.5~3.0중량부, 잔골재 150~300중량부를 포함하여 조성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
