The invention provides a mortar shrinkage reducing agent and a preparation method thereof, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out esterification reaction on maleic anhydride and an alcohol monomer under the action of a catalyst and a polymerization inhibitor to obtain an esterification product; adding styrene and an initiator into the esterification product, and carrying out free radical polymerization reaction to obtain a polymerization product; and after the polymerization product is cooled to room temperature, diluting the polymerization product, and adding alkali liquor for neutralization to obtain the mortar shrinkage reducing agent. The mortar shrinkage reducing agent is prepared by adopting a solvent-free esterification method and a free radical polymerization method, and the method is simple and easy to operate. Moreover, the mortar shrinkage reducing agent prepared by the preparation method is a water-soluble polymer, is relatively low in doping amount, and has relatively small adverse effects on strength.
本发明提供一种砂浆减缩剂及其制备方法，制备方法包括以下步骤：将马来酸酐和醇单体在催化剂、阻聚剂的作用下，进行酯化反应，得到酯化产物；向酯化产物中加入苯乙烯和引发剂，进行自由基聚合反应，得到聚合产物；待聚合产物冷却至室温后，将聚合产物进行稀释，并加入碱液进行中和，得到所述砂浆减缩剂。本发明采用无溶剂法酯化和自由基聚合的方法制备砂浆减缩剂，方法简单易操作。并且，本发明制备得到的砂浆减缩剂为水溶性聚合物，且掺量较低，并对强度的不利影响较小。
