According to the present invention, a handrail post assembly having a wooden appearance with improved structural strength includes: a platy inner core plate vertically erected on a joist supporting a deck on a lower portion of both sides of the deck at a certain section to be coupled thereto and provided in a metal material so as to vertically become a long side on a side surface and horizontally become a short side in accordance with a longitudinal direction of the joist; a blocking plate provided on the inner core plate from both end portions of the inner core plate in a horizontal direction and provided of the metal material; a reinforcing plate provided on the inner core plate from a central portion of the inner core plate in the horizontal direction and provided of the metal material; and an outer post provided to surround the blocking plate and the reinforcing plate and provided in a wooden material. Accordingly, the handrail post assembly having the wooden appearance with the improved structural strength is possible to minimize a process of the outer post of the wooden material and is possible to prevent deformation, buckling, conduction and damage to the outer post.
본 발명에 따른 구조강도가 향상된 목재외관을 갖는 난간용 지주 조립체는: 데크의 양측 하부에서 데크를 지지하는 장선에 일정 구간마다 수직으로 세워져 결합 되며, 측면 상 상하 수직으로는 장변이 되고 장선의 길이방향에 따른 좌우 수평으로는 단변이 되도록 금속재질로 마련된 판상의 속심 플레이트; 상기 속심 플레이트의 양단부에서 상기 속심 플레이트에 가로방향으로 구비되며, 금속재질로 마련된 가로막음 플레이트; 상기 속심 플레이트의 중간 부분에서 상기 속심 플레이트에 가로방향으로 구비되며, 금속재질로 마련된 보강 플레이트; 평면상 절반씩 분할되어 상호 맞물림 결합에 의해 상기 속심 플레이트, 가로막음 플레이트 및 보강 플레이트를 감싸도록 구비되며, 목재재질로 마련된 겉지주;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의하여, 목재재질의 겉지주의 가공이 최소화 되도록 하면서도 겉지주의 변형, 좌굴, 전도, 파손 등이 방지되도록 할 수 있는 구조강도가 향상된 목재외관을 갖는 난간용 지주 조립체를 제공할 수 있다.
