The present invention relates to an earth leakage cutoff and monitoring device of an underground transmission line and, more specifically, to an improved earth leakage cutoff and monitoring device of an underground transmission line which uses a manhole at a middle connection point of an underground transmission line or a point of bending the line to prevent accidents related to safety such as short circuits due to flooding inside the manhole at the point which is wired and electric shocks caused by the same in advance, and prevent suffocation accidents due to harmful gas and the like in advance.
본 발명은 지중 송전선로의 누전차단과 감시장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 지중 송전선로의 중간 접속지점이나 선로가 꺾이는 지점 등과 같이 맨홀을 이용하여 배선되어야 하는 지점에서 맨홀 내부의 침수에 따른 누전, 그로 인해 발생되는 감전 등과 같은 안전사고를 미리 예방하고, 유해가스로 인한 질식사고 등도 미연에 방지할 수 있도록 개선된 지중 송전선로의 누전차단과 감시장치에 관한 것이다.

본 발명은 지중 송전선로의 누전차단과 감시장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 지중 송전선로의 중간 접속지점이나 선로가 꺾이는 지점 등과 같이 맨홀을 이용하여 배선되어야 하는 지점에서 맨홀 내부의 침수에 따른 누전, 그로 인해 발생되는 감전 등과 같은 안전사고를 미리 예방하고, 유해가스로 인한 질식사고 등도 미연에 방지할 수 있도록 개선된 지중 송전선로의 누전차단과 감시장치에 관한 것이다.
