The present invention relates to a device for collecting an asbestos finishing material for a ceiling. The device for collecting an asbestos finishing material for a ceiling can protect a worker from dust generated when removing a bolt and separating a ceiling finishing material during a process of collecting an asbestos finishing material. The device for collecting an asbestos finishing material for a ceiling includes a body fixed to enclose an edge of the asbestos finishing material for a ceiling in which the upper part is fixed to the ceiling by a bolt, by being formed to be transparent or semitransparent in a container shape with an open upper part to improve speed of work. Multiple bolt removing units are installed in the lower part of the body. The bolt removing unit includes: an upper case formed in a ring shape with a hollow and having an open lower side; a rotation hole installed on the inner side of the upper case by having a disk shape with the diameter larger than the hollow of the upper case and having a coupling protrusion inserted into a bolt head, fixed to the asbestos finishing material for a ceiling, at the center to protrude to the upper side of the upper case, wherein the rotation hole has a connection groove formed at the center of the lower surface to be dented to the inner side and a tool is inserted into the connection groove; and a lower case having an open upper side and formed in the ring shape in which the hollow with the diameter smaller than the rotation hole is formed. The upper case and the lower case are connected for the upper case and the rotation hole to be positioned on the inner side of the body and for the lower case to be positioned on the outer side of the body. So, the device for collecting an asbestos finishing material for a ceiling can remove the bolt fixed to the asbestos finishing material for a ceiling by rotating the connection groove after the tool is inserted into the connection groove by passing through the body.
본 발명은 석면천장마감재 수거장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 건축물에 결합된 석면천장마감재를 수거하는 과정에서 볼트 제거 및 천장마감재 분리시 발생되는 분진으로부터 작업자를 보호할 수 있으며, 작업의 신속성을 높일 수 있도록 상측이 개방된 통형을 이루며 투명 또는 반투명하게 형성되어 상부가 볼트에 의해 천장에 고정된 석면천장마감재의 가장자리를 둘러싸도록 고정될 수 있는 몸체를 포함하며, 상기 몸체의 하부에는 볼트제거부가 복수 개 구비되되, 상기 볼트제거부는 중공이 형성된 링 형태를 이루며 하측이 개방된 상부케이스와, 상기 상부케이스의 중공보다 큰 직경을 가지는 원판 형태를 이루어 상부케이스 내측에 구비되고 상기 석면천장마감재에 고정된 볼트머리에 끼워지는 체결돌기가 상부케이스의 상측으로 돌출되도록 중앙부에 형성되며 공구가 끼워지는 결합홈이 하면 중앙에 내측으로 함입형성된 회전구와, 상기 회전구보다 작은 직경을 가지는 중공이 형성된 링 형태를 이루며 상측이 개방된 하부케이스를 포함하고, 상기 상부케이스와 하부케이스는 상부케이스와 회전구가 몸체의 내측에 위치하고 하부케이스가 몸체의 외측에 위치하도록 결합되어, 상기 몸체를 관통하여 결합홈에 공구를 끼운 후 회전시킴으로써 석면천장마감재에 고정된 볼트를 제거할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 석면천장마감재 수거장치에 관한 것이다.
The present invention relates to a device for collecting an asbestos finishing material for a ceiling. The device for collecting an asbestos finishing material for a ceiling can protect a worker from dust generated when removing a bolt and separating a ceiling finishing material during a process of collecting an asbestos finishing material.
