The present invention relates to a spinning reducer installed on an excavator and a carrier pin fixing device therefor and, more specifically, to an easy-to-disassemble spinning reducer capable of replacing a component partially by being easily disassembled without damage to a carrier. The easy-to-disassemble spinning reducer includes: a carrier including an installation hole and a first combination hole connected to the installation hole; a carrier pin having one end inserted into the installation hole, and including a second combination hole connected to the first combination hole; a planetary gear rotated around the carrier pin; and a combination member inserted into the first and second combination holes to fix the carrier pin to the carrier. The combination member comprises: a fixing pin inserted into the first and second combination holes; an elastic pin inserted into the first combination hole to block the first combination hole; and a nut part inserted into the first combination hole to be located between the fixing pin and the elastic pin.
본 발명은 굴삭기에 장착되는 선회감속기 및 선회감속기의 캐리어핀 고정장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 캐리어의 판손 없이 분해가 용이하여 부품을 부분적으로 교체할 수 있는 분해가 용이한 선회감속기 및 선회감속기의 캐리어핀 고정장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 분해가 용이한 선회감속기는, 장착공 및 상기 장착공과 연통되는 제1 결합공이 형성되는 캐리어; 일단이 상기 장착공에 삽입되고, 상기 제1 결합공과 연결되는 제2 결합공이 형성되는 캐리어핀; 상기 캐리어핀을 중심으로 회전하는 유성기어; 및 상기 제1 결합공 및 제2 결합공으로 삽입되어 상기 캐리어핀을 상기 캐리어에 고정시키는 결합부재를 포함하되, 상기 결합부재는, 상기 제1 결합공 및 제2 결합공에 삽입되는 고정핀과, 상기 제1 결합공에 삽입되어 상기 제1 결합공을 차단하는 탄성핀과, 상기 제1 결합공에 삽입되어 상기 고정핀과 탄성핀 사이에 위치하는 너트부로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
