The present invention relates to a swing detection device of a construction machine, which comprises a lower body, an upper body supported on the lower body, and a swivel joint connecting hydraulic oil between the upper body and the lower body. The swing detection device of a construction machine comprises: a relative detection member disposed between the swivel joint and the upper body and rotated together with the lower body; and a detection member installed on the swivel joint adjacent to the relative detection member and rotated together when the upper body rotates. The relative detection member and the detection member detect a relative rotation angle between the upper body and the lower body.
