The present invention has the following configuration. The present invention relates to a rail fixing device, which comprises: a lower frame of a track ladder of a train rail; and a first rail fastening chain (300) and a second rail fastening chain (400), respectively configured on the left and right sides of the lower frame to fix the lower frame to the rail. The first rail fastening chain (300) and the second rail fastening chain (400) are connected by a screw rod. The first rail fastening chain (300) and the second rail fastening chain (400) are fixed to the rail at the same time by a handle configured on the screw rod. When the handle is rotated in one direction, the first rail fastening chain (300) and the second rail fastening chain (400) simultaneously move inward or outward. When the handle is rotated in the opposite direction, the first rail fastening chain (300) and the second rail fastening chain (400) simultaneously move outward or inward, respectively, to fix/release the track ladder to/from the rail.
