Combination structure of permanent concrete form and prefabricated steel assembly for steel composite concrete member
The present invention relates to a combination structure of a light permanent form for combining the light permanent form with a prefabricated steel assembly composed of a support bar, which is coupled to an outer side of a steel member and has an L-shaped cross section and one leg fixed to the steel member, for connecting a plurality of steel members arranged at a position inwardly spaced apart from a member surface and neighboring steel members to each other at each edge of a member to form a steel-concrete composite member. The combination structure of the light permanent form and the prefabricated steel assembly comprises: a plate portion for forming an external face of the light permanent form member, a protrusion portion protruding from an internal side of the plate portion in a longitudinal direction of the member; a corner bent portion on one end of the plate portion, vertically bent toward a neighboring member surface side; and an external protrusion portion protruding in the longitudinal direction of the member from the inside of the end of the corner bent portion and having an L-shaped cross section to overlap the protrusion portion positioned at an outermost portion of the light permanent form coupled to the neighboring member surface. The other leg of the support bar is provided with an L-shaped engaging hole an entrance of which is wider than the width of the protrusion portion to allow the protrusion portion to be inserted thereinto. A first extension portion extending to surround the protrusion portion is formed at an end of the protrusion portion side on the inside of the corner bent portion. A corner stiffener including a second extension portion extending to be inserted into the inside of the external protrusion portion is coupled to an end of the external protrusion portion.
본 발명은 강합성 콘크리트 부재를 형성하기 위해 부재의 각 모서리에 부재 면과 내부로 이격된 위치에 배치되는 복수의 형강재 및 이웃하는 형강재를 상호 연결하도록 형강재의 외측면에 결합되는 것으로 단면이 ㄱ형상으로 형성되어 일측 레그가 형강재에 고정 결합되는 지지바로 구성되는 선조립 철골 조립체에 경량 영구거푸집을 결합하기 위한 경량 영구거푸집의 결합 구조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 상기 경량 영구거푸집 부재의 외면을 형성하기 위한 평판부, 상기 평판부의 내측면에 부재 길이 방향으로 돌출 형성되는 ㄱ자형 단면의 돌기부, 상기 평판부의 일측 단부에 이웃하는 부재 면 측으로 수직 절곡된 코너절곡부 및 상기 코너절곡부의 단부 내측에 부재 길이 방향으로 돌출 형성되어 이웃하는 부재 면에 결합되는 경량 영구거푸집의 최외곽에 위치한 돌기부와 겹쳐지도록 ㄱ자형 단면으로 형성된 외측 돌기부로 구성되고, 상기 지지바의 타측 레그에는 입구가 상기 돌기부의 폭보다 넓게 형성되어 상기 돌기부가 삽입되어 걸리는 ㄱ자형의 걸림공이 형성되되, 상기 코너절곡부의 내측에는 돌기부 측 단부에는 돌기부를 감싸도록 연장되는 제1연장부가 구비되고, 외측 돌기부 측 단부에는 외측 돌기부의 내측에 삽입되도록 연장되는 제2연장부가 구비되는 코너스티프너가 결합되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
